this is garbage, so dificult to install that I give up, I loss my money

The video is clear, but you have to go into the App to find it. By the time I have found it the person on the doorstep has gone or become impatient.
You get a notification glash up on the screen but it quickly disappears and I'm left searching for the App!!! Not sure if others have sane issues.

Got this product because neighbours kept causing issues at our front door but the doorbell constantly disconnects we've had around 12 issues give or take within 6 months the doorbell catches the first 2 seconds of them showing up then absolutely nothing afterwards which defeats the purpose of even installing it in the first place. I wish that we'd just got the Ring Doorbell.

Battery goes flat quickly, even after a few months. Also camera loses all it's settings, wifi , everything when it loses all power. Quite useless really.
App also expires, then you need to purchase pro version.
Waste of money.

It constantly takes minute by minute photos of my car in the driveway therefore it uses the battery up and I'm constantly having to recharge it daily. There aren't enough settings to adjust the camera. Its very annoying to hear the alert going all evening. So I end up turning alerts off which defeats the object of having a video doorbell. Not worth the money.

Ik kocht een luchtreiniger met een app bediening. Dit bleek Tuya Smart te zijn. De installatie verliep vlot en de bediening van het apparaat verloopt vlekkeloos. Ik heb een iPhone SE en een wifi-netwerk wat blijkbaar passend is. Hier dus geen problemen.

Worst App and lights ever bought. Has never worked since day one

Very poor product. These were actually distributed by our local police force to deter crime in the area. However the battery runs out very quickly, ours lasts 6 days and then requires 10-12 hours charging!!
The app disconnects constantly and then needs refreshing. The night image is not very clear in regards to picture quality of people.
When you try to answer the bell it would be quicker to go home and answer the door, as the app takes ages to load and will then crash!
Ours alerts you for people walking or driving by, when they are no where near the door.
After a few months ours has stopped recording, says there is no memory card inserted but it is still in there.
Load of rubbish, I’m just glad ours was free.

Leggo molte recensioni negative e non comprendo il motivo, io uso l'app Tuya Smart e attuatori/prese tuya dal 2021, non ne ho tantissimi, circa una ventina fra interruttori luci, prese comandate, rele per cancello ecc...
devo dire che sì, ogni tanto purtroppo i moduli wifi si disconnettono e (non si comprende il motivo) non si riconnettono più alla rete di casa, costringendoti ad andare a resettarli a mano (molto scomodo se si tratta di un interruttore per luci, dietro a un frutto), ecco perchè una stella in meno.

Per il resto secondo me stanno facendo migliore molto utili come le scorciatoie per CarPlay, comodissime.

Useless door bell device. Never trust 10 top rated links. Could tell the device was a con as soon as I opened the box as there is no manufacturer’s name anywhere on the box or device. As all the reviews say don’t go near TUYA!

Continuous disconnection. Connects for a minute. I guess you get what you pay for.

Literally the WORST APP ever created by mankind! Nothing works, lags horribly, broken menus, no options to manage your devices. Never hire coders from the local post office! No support!

Video deurbel gekocht staat vaker uit dan aan waardeloos product, weer opgeladen opgehangen voedingskabel aangesloten ziet dat de bel wordt opgeladen , als er dan iemand aanbelt staat er voor het beeld een melding 100% geladen maar dan zie je de mensen niet!!! Als je de melding sluit zijn de meeste mensen al weg, niet kopen spaart hoop ergernis

Have an electric radiator with wifi thermostat… dropped connection to wifi after a few hours, said couldn’t find router when it was about 6ft away.. cheap Chinese tat…

I got the automatic cat litter box. It works don’t get me wrong, but it beeps all the time. Nonstop. I’ve tried to contact customer support and they just keep telling me to turn it off and turn it back on. Which I’ve been doing every night because I can’t sleep with the constant beeping. Moral of the story. It’s still beeping as I write this review.

This is the WORST self cleaning litter box I’ve ever had. I should’ve spent a little more money for the better brand. The problem I am having is when it does the self cleaning, litter comes out of the bag and ends up in the bottom (barrel) of the litter box, which leaves urine smells. There was a piece of paper at the bottom that said do not remove which I did not, but because the litter box was putting waste there it dissolved that piece of paper so now urine is going onto my floor!!! I have tried taping a piece of cardboard on the bottom but it also gets soaked with urine. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PIECE OF CRAP. If it’s all you can afford, stick with a traditional litter box. I dread when it’s time to clean this litter box. Also, it is not meant for large cats. I have a main coon and she won’t use it because she can not turn around in it but my two much smaller cats can. There is no customer service number that I could find to address my issues so that is one reason I am leaving this review

The worst ever don’t even get one because we having problems with ours at the moment for some reason they’re not connected to the Bluetooth. They don’t connect to the Wi-Fi system and we get no help from the manufacturers that supply these smart heaters very poor do not recommend.

Bjr très mauvaise surprise j'ai été prélevé le 06 janvier 2025 de 4 fois au lieu de 1 ..en plus personne ne réponds aux messages je suis obliger de bloquer la carte et en refaire une ..outre les montants prélevé indûment je me retrouve en plus ave les frais de remplacement de la carte......surtout ne pas s’abonner même à 2.99 auquel il rajoute 0.42 de frais par prélèvement. A fuir Lamentable

Elle fait numéro 6.0 elle fonctionne cette application elle a bloqué mon caméra
