Fantastic

Fantastic! Says on the website order raw food before 11 for next day delivery. I ordered about an hour and half after. But still received my order next day. I also accidentally ordered twice they were straight on cancelling my second order for me. Amazing service.

Was in a hurry to try my dog on a new food and I came across...Trusty Pet Supplies so thought I would give them a try....as promised next day delivery arrived all in good condition and on time as promised....now to see if my very fussy dog likes the food....thank you,,

Great supplier

This company always has our dogs favourite varieties in stock at good prices, Ordering is simple, packaging fine and reliable and speedy delivery. What’s not to like?

Just received yet another order you.i…

Just received yet another order you.i think it’s about 4th order to date and yet again such brilliant service and super quick delivery.i even got a text to say one item was out of stock but was substituted with just as great quality replacement.everything about this buisness is 10/10 from products to packaging.may they keep going from strength to strength.thank you as a really happy customer.sharon bigland

Only pet supplier for me! …

Absolutely love these will only order parrot food from them now excellent service never had a problem .ised a good few times now alwaus next day delivery .even ordered Sunday came on Monday ! No complaints here highly recommend

Damaged food tins on more than one occasion

Ordered 24 cans of dog food. When it arrived a number (9) were damaged in some way. I contacted them and they were quick to reply offering replacements. However I had to follow this up. Today they sent 12 cans as a replacement. Unfortunately 6 of these were damaged in some way. The issue is that the cans are just put in a box with room to move so they get damaged. A slight dent or more. Even though this replacement order had a note to add extra packaging, none was. As my dogs have sensitive digestive systems, hence the reason for buying this food, I can't risk using damaged tins.

Delivery is terrible

Terrible customer service, they do not reply to messages. Multiple times I have ordered and have not received the order and have had to chase their excuse is the courier has lost it which is wearing a bit thin now. Trying to support a small business but will not be using this company again.

We did respond to your email in less than 24 hours, but we understand that doesn’t make up for the frustration caused.

Unfortunately, we’ve experienced some ongoing issues with our delivery partner, DPD, which have impacted a small number of orders. That said, we take full responsibility for your experience and are actively working to prevent this from happening again, with a new order being sent today to be with you on Saturday.
