My parcel was sent out with DPD i have now been waiting 3 weeks on a 2 day delivery. DPD have said parcel is lost as not been scanned. I contacted trusty pets they will not refund my parcel till they get it back if it has been lost how will i ever be refunded

Excellent service, quick delivery of dog food. Will use again

easy to navigate and order, with a quick delivery.

I usually give five stars, but this time there seemed to be a delay with DPD, which is unusual and probably not the fault of Trusty pet Supplies. they are always prompt and good value.

First time using trusty pet supplies and very pleased with the service and delivery. I sent a few emails before placing my order and they were responded to promptly and after placing my order it was delivered the following day. Would highly recommend and will order from again

products are very well priced, and usually arrives the next day, great service

Amazing speedy delivery yet again and the price for mealworms was the same as last time Iordered 12 months ago. What a delight to deal with a company who puts customers first Well done !!

I order my dog food and it is delivered within a couple of days. What’s not to like?

Always reliable with fast free delivery.Good price.

Ordering dog food was easy, and delivery to store was quick over bank holiday. collection at Kingsway was equally easy. Lotti is amazing, quick to get my order bought to the front of store even though she had people at the till. She was very friendly helpful and kind . 😊 Thankyou

Great . Easy ordering and fast delivery

Great product and price and fast postage. Excellent. Many thanks. A cat harness but perfect for our chihuahua who doesn't like anything put over her head. This is an easy to use, lightweight, step in one that's easy to adjust. We already had one for our little boy chihuahua that he's happily used for 5 years or so. I was very pleased to find them for sale still. Bit surprised that we'd been using a cat harness but it works perfectly so here's to using another for our new lady.

Excellent service …. Good prices and never failed once on delivery.

What went wrong was their carrier. This was delivered by DPD who I will NOT use. I always ask for the person who delivers to open any package for me since I can hardly walk or carry much since waiting over 2 years for a new hip. Amazon know it and so does Evri (who are surprisingly good here) but WHY when I was supposed to have a delivery did it come via DPD and the invoice was dated 22nd May. The bird food was dumped on my doorstep to be found later. Just as well it was just about my strength only. Also, there has been NO advance warning email. If DPD is delivered here again it will be left out and returned.

Thank you Trusty Pet. There's not many companies I can rely on to keep on getting my Order to me so quickly and efficiently with no fuss or extra demands for delivery payments.

Its good to support family business when you get good service. I've used Trusty Pet Supplies on & off for a number of years now. Quick delivery with no messing .

Always good customer care and fast delivery.
