IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS I WOULD

Seriously the WORST customer service I’ve ever received!!! Usually even if I’m dissatisfied I don’t leave reviews, but this is so TERRIBLE I feel like I should share my experiences so that NO ONE wastes their time with these people. You would think this company was in China, not INDIANA!! Shipping takes forever, and when I offered to pay to have my order expedited (even though I ordered within plenty of time for even the maximum amount of time), no one would help me. No one would return our emails or call us directly due to “high volume”. 🙄 Don’t waste your time.

I would rate this company ZERO stars if…

I would rate this company ZERO stars if I could. I had a big event planned for my children and ordered a dress. After finding out that dress was unavailable, I was promised a different dress. After receiving the WRONG dress, i was told i would definitely get my correct dress in time for my event. I have now found out that the new dress was never sent, and I have no dress for my daughter. The customer service is TERRIBLE. all they could say to me was they were sorry and there was nothing they could do.

I feel lied to and frustrated.

Deceptive

I ordered after seeing a million ads on Facebook. It’s a very cheap, poorly made dress.

When you try to leave honest comments on their Facebook page, they are deleted. Buyer beware. There’s a reason why all the comments seem positive.

I Recommend

Ordered from Trish Scully website and not a third party site. Dress arrived in about a week, and it was beautiful! Great quality for the price.

Do NOT order anything from this company

I came across Trish Scully in September and ordered two halloween costumes for my children. On the 22nd of September I received a notification that my order was awaiting shipment. It is now the 30th of October and the costumes are lost in transit somewhere and No one seems to be able to tell me where or when they might arrive. The latest customer service response was “sometimes carriers forget to to update their systems”. I’ve tried to be very polite but quite frankly I’m really disappointed, my children are really disappointed and I would recommend that customers run far away from Trish Scully and buy from a more reliable company!!

No warning of a cancellation and horrible customer service!

I am extremely disappointed in my interactions purchasing from this company and the lack of how the situation was handled. I ordered a dress and shoes to match. I received an email stating it was being shipped. And then a few days later, an email FROM PAYPAL stating that I was receiving a refund. I didn’t receive ANY email stating that my item was being refunded. When I messaged them, I was simply told they ran out and were refunding me. When I asked if I could just pick an alternate dress, I was told I would need to reorder bc I have already been refunded. When I explained that I would then need to pay $9 shipping TWICE, they stated they could refund the entire order and I could reorder.... but when I checked, the she size she needed were already out of stock!!! I explained this and got zero response. I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service in my life!

I purchased two dresses and tiaras on…

I purchased two dresses and tiaras on 9/5/19 for Halloween. It is 10/21/19 and the dresses have not shipped. Customer service has agreed to pay express shipping once one of the dresses "releases" (whatever that means). But they will not confirm that I will have the dresses in time for Halloween. Only buy if you have absolutely no timeline in mind for the dresses.

Worst Company Ever, Bad Business Practices

I'm contacting BBB and the FTC over my terrible experience with this "business." I ordered 10 items on September 6th that were on sale. I contacted support on 9/15 as none of the items had shipped. I needed some of them for 9/21 and was very concerned they wouldn't arrive in time.

I was told that because I ordered two items that were pre-order, they held my entire order. There was no warning when I added these pre-order items to my cart. I asked if I could have the rest of my order shipped and Marissa said she would do me a "one time favor" and ship the other 8 items to me. Gosh, you mean like a real business?

Imagine my surprise when my "order" arrives and it is only one item - one of the pre-order items, no less! Where were all the items that were held up over that pre-order dress?

On 9/24 I contacted support again, asking when the rest of my order was going to ship. Marisa tells me that "for some reason" their system closed out my ticket and two of the items I paid for were now out of stock. If the items had been set aside for me when my order was placed - when I PAID FOR THEM - they wouldn't have gone out of stock!

Marisa then offered me the option of replacing the two dresses that went out of stock. I replied that day, a Wednesday, with two replacement dresses. I asked for an update on 9/27 and 9/30 asking for a response and update from them. On the afternoon of 9/30, I got Rency on chat and she promised to replace the dresses with the two I wanted (and now a tiara was out of stock and needed to be replaced as well since this "business" cannot do ANYTHING in a timely fashion). She suddenly disappeared from chat and Marisa showed up. Marisa also agreed to follow through with her promise to replace the sold out dresses. We were in agreement on which dresses and she indicated that everything would be fine, the replacement items were in stock, and my order would be expedited.

Later that day, I got an email from Melissa Brace, "VP of Operations" saying that they would not replace the out of stock dresses like two of their agents had already promised to do MULTIPLE TIMES because the replacements cost more than I paid for the original two dresses. Of course they did, when I bought the original dresses, they were on sale! It isn't my fault their company "for some reason closed out my ticket" and took my money for dresses they couldn't deliver! They still owe me merchandise!

I offered to Melissa that if she sent me my entire order including the two remaining dresses, along with an invoice, I would pay the difference because my kid was really, really upset. I was highly skeptical I would ever see my order at this point. Melissa said no, we don't do things that way. Right, you just take people's money and then don't send them their goods. I told Melissa the way she was handling the situation was completely unacceptable on 10/1.

On 10/3 I hadn't heard anything from them, so I emailed them again letting them know how unprofessional they are. Melissa told me it's my fault I'm not getting responses because they only work M-F 9-5. Weird how you can send them an email on a Wednesday and not get a reply until you try multiple times to get in contact with them on the following Monday. Way to run a business!

I demanded that my entire order, along with the replacement dresses, be sent the next day. I explained to them that I had no need for GREEN SHOES without the green dress they sold out of and I needed a replacement, otherwise I wanted the green shoes taken off the order and my money refunded to me.

Five items arrived at my doorstep last week. INCLUDING THE GREEN SHOES WITH NO GREEN DRESS.

I am still missing FOUR ITEMS from an order I placed and paid for on 9/6. Today is 10/14.

Tomorrow I am filing a report against this company with the FTC and BBB and I urge the rest of you that have been scammed and victims of deceptive business practices to do the same. If we all file complaints the FTC could take action against Trish Scully on our behalf. I would also suggest contacting the state attorney general for your own state and the state of California where they are located.

They sell special occasion items and people are counting on these items to arrive for important events on very specific dates. Everything about the way they have handled my case and "run their business" is unprofessional and all around bad business practices.

This is BY FAR the WORST company to buy…

This is BY FAR the WORST company to buy anything from I have ever encountered. I have no words for the travesty that is their customer service. I ordered suits directly from Trishscully.com for our upcoming wedding. They "shipped" almost immediately. I waited three weeks for my parcel with the tracking information simply saying "waiting for update". I contacted the company, who after a number of days finally agreed to reship the parcel but told my how lucky I was they were doing it and no, they absolutely wouldn't rush the shipment. Unfortunately one of the suits was too small and I had to order another one. Fast forward two weeks later and yet again, no parcel and the dreaded "waiting for update" notice. I emailed them for help three days ago. Nothing. I called their customer service line but just got voicemail. Finally I live chatted with them and was told rudely to just keep waiting. This is insane. I get things from the US all the time and it arrives in days, not months. Are they walking the suits here? They are cute suits for a cheap price but I will NEVER order from them again.

BUYER BEWARE

I would give them a 0 rating if I could. I ordered something back on August 16th and still haven't received it. My granddaughter's birthday is long past and I am trying to cancel this order. I have been trying to cancel this order for a very long time now and their chat line keeps telling me my refund will happen "today". (Original chat said 3 days, but since that never happened I chat back every day) The next day I chat back and they tell me the same thing and have not refunded my money but say they will. BUYER BEWARE! My original order was August 16th, it is now October 10 and I'm still trying to get my money back and I have not gotten any product. To top it all off they ended my chat today because I wanted to talk to a superior. Just cut me right off! They don't answer their phone and I have left voicemails and emails as well. Truly a very frustrating experience for sure!

If I could give 0 stars I would, purchased a little red riding hood costume through zulily and they send me the wrong cheap version of it. Very disappointing that they do false advertisement, I'm not mad at zulily I'm mad at this company for fulfilling the wrong product. I will stay away from buying their stuff. Worst part about all this is that they told me if I ordered again I would get the same wrong style.

THis is the most horrible company

THis is the most horrible company. The products are terrible. Sizes are off. Cheaply made clothing. Tiaras can maybe be used for photo shoots but not worn but an actual child. In addition to the terrible products the customer service is beyond horrible. This was the worse experience I have ever had ordering from a company online. Also you pay a lot in shipping and it takes about weeks to get the products.

I ordered a dress from them which…

I ordered a dress from them which immediately started falling apart. The quality was terrible. When I asked about getting a replacement or returning, they said I would have to pay shipping plus a restocking fee. To have to pay for something to be restocked bc it was falling apart before it has been worn for more than 20 minutes is ridiculous. When I commented on their Facebook with my feedback, they deleted it and blocked me. So, you may only see positive reviews, but that’s bc you can’t comment how crappy it is without it being removed. No effort to fix the situation. Never would buy from them again!

Trish Scully sells cheap products that…

Trish Scully sells cheap products that don't look like the picture of what you order, and has a terrible return policy. I bought 2 matching white dresses for my daughters, and I got them and they weren't matching. One dress was missing half of the sleeves and had a red stain on it. Their return policy is 30 days, but on their website they have a "damaged and defective items" policy that says nothing about a 30 day time limit. I was on vacation and wasn't able to quickly submit pictures of my damaged dress, and because it was 45 days after I ordered that I submitted pictures, they refused to do anything to help rectify the situation. Now I'm stuck with a horrible dress that I didn't order, but that I paid over $100 for! Do not order anything from them!

HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY

I ordered a dress from them for my daughter. I followed the guidelines for sizing and it was VERY small. In fact, my child is slightly smaller than the size I ordered and it STILL didn't fit. I have to pay shipping on both ends plus pay a $10 "fee" for restocking this dress AND I only get store credit. Complete BS. I won't be ordering from them ever again, except of course to use my store credit. Trish Scully, you just lost a customer.

0 Stars!!!!! I was a first time customer with Trish Scully Child. I have had a horrible experience with their customer service representatives, Rency and Melissa. I had never purchased items from this company before. This company offers an online chat. I asked many questions prior to ordering, specifically about sizing. They told me that items were true to US sizing unless specifically noted on the website. I purchased 4 items. My daughter wears a size 1.5 boot, so I ordered a size 2. Once the items arrived, the boots were so small that she couldn't even squeeze into them. The size 14 dress was way too big for me. Neither of these items had special noting on the website. I emailed them Friday morning, July 19, 2019 to let them know that I didn't receive a return label or packaging list with my items. They responded asking for my order number and I replied with it promptly. I followed up again this afternoon via email for a response. By late afternoon, I still hadn't heard from anyone, so I went to the online chat where Rency let me know that they do not respond to email on the weekends...even though she requested more info on Friday, then didn't respond thereafter. I let Rency know that two of the items ordered were fine, but that the other 2 did not fit even though I sought advice and assurance prior to purchasing. She promptly sent an auto response of their return policy that I would be charged a restocking fee and would only receive a store credit. This store sells specialty items, princess dresses and costumes. I let her know that the items I was purchasing were for a wedding and that they did not offer any alternative for me. I requested to exchange the boots for a bigger size and a refund on the dress that didn't fit me given there wasn't an alternative purchase for me to wear to the wedding. I have no use for a store credit and after much back and forth and speaking to Melissa also, they were not willing to offer me a refund for my purchase of just the dress. Basically, they are forcing me to keep the items that don't fit, or I can return them, pay restocking fee and receive a store credit. This is the poorest customer service I have ever received. They were not listening to my needs at all and only offered to waive the $9 restocking fee. Not only that, but Melissa abruptly ended the online chat without resolving the issue, just told me no and have a great day!!! I am very upset as I was very careful to ask many questions up front prior to purchasing. Now I have a dress that I cannot wear and have to spend more money on another dress. I would highly recommend not ordering from this store if you do not want to pay restocking fees and be forced into accepting store credit when they sell specialty and novelty items that are not purchased often. I don't want store credit. I would like my money back!!! Why is it such a big deal to honor a refund for one item when I was keeping 2 items and exchanging another? I will never shop at this store again. Nor will I recommend this store to anyone! At this point, I don't even want to exchange for a different size simply because I don't want to deal with them anymore.

If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered 2 dresses which were defective. Both were stitch incorrectly and sized very differently. One had so much extra fabric and stitched very poorly. Their dresses come from foreign country based on how poorly they were made. The process for them to honor the return and give me a refund has been nothing but a cat and mouse game. They still refuse to refund me my money. REFUSE for me to speak with a supervisor. I have tried email, phone calls and they act like they don't know who I am and give me standard responses each time. They have block me from leaving any reviews on their website or FB. DON'T order from them. It is not worth the risk. I will continue to make people aware of their scams!! Next is BBB.
