Negative stars. Horrible company. Charged extra for shipping even though it came late. Customer service horrible. My wife ordered several for my daughter to try on...not knowing they only give store credit. So we have $500 in store credit we will never use. Contacting our credit card company to fight charge. Terrible company. Do not order. Read the reviews first!!!!

I ordered two dresses from Trish Scully. It took almost a month and a half to get them, during that time I tried to call them several times & they never answered. I did email back and forth with them, they told me one of the dresses I ordered was no longer available & at that point I asked for a refund which they said they would give me & instead they ended up sending me the dress weeks later & not giving me a refund. They were rude & condescending in the emails & tried to say they never offered a refund but I literally have screen shots. I had ordered initially for Halloween but it took so long I ordered else where & when I did send both dresses back they deducted $10 for each dress as a restocking fee I believe. Both dresses smelled terrible & we’re not as pretty as pictures online. I will never order from them again. I was beyond disappointed & so was my daughter.

Terrible quality, ridiculous customer service and double charge for shipping. Was charged $15 usd upon ordering then $60 cad upon delivery for COD. Scammers👎👎👎

I ordered two dresses and two crowns, I was very pleased with the timing on the shipment. The dresses are beautiful along with the crowns however some stones fell off but I can hot glue them on myself.
This was my first purchase and I will return

Overall, we had a very bad experience. They have pretty but low quality clothing. We purchased several dresses as dress-up princess gifts for Christmas this year. We ordered them a few months ago to make sure that we got the dresses we wanted for our girls on Christmas and didn't risk any out-of-stock situations. Once we got the dresses, they were immediately boxed up and placed into a closet so the girls wouldn't see.

Fast forward to Christmas day and the girls are super excited about their dresses. They are beautiful and the girls are so excited. Since we got them some other costume pieces (Spider-Woman, Ariel dresses, etc.) the first time the girls actually wore their dresses from Trish Scully was this morning and by 4PM, one of the dresses had begun separating at several seams and the decorative flourishes at the end of the dresses were coming off. I reached out to them to try to figure out a solution and their response was basically "We have a 15 day return period for a reason and you're outside of it. Sorry." We explained that we bought them early for Christmas to make sure that we got the dresses we wanted and how the dress had lasted less than a day of actual wear. Their response? "15-day return policy. Sorry." We escalated to a supervisor who showed zero empathy regarding our situation and became increasingly rude.

Obviously, not satisfied with how they treated us (and the quality of the dress in question), we went onto their website to leave honest, dissatisfied, but respectful reviews. They were deleted. When we questioned them about it on social media, they deleted our questions and blocked us. I'm absolutely flabbergasted that a company that operates like this even exists. I mean, I've heard of companies who try to inflate their review numbers by offering rewards for 5-star reviews, but I've never seen a company that actively edits/suppresses bad reviews. Needless to say, we will not ever be spending money with this company again.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I have some stories! I have bought dresses from this company for 5 years for my daughters. That's 10 dresses, and I have NEVER had an issue! Until this year, I have not been able to get the product I paid for nor my money back. I made an order on 11/13/19 in the total of $98.98. I have not received the dresses and have contacted the company on numerous occasions, 12/7 being the first when I was told they had a glitch in the warehouse but to no indication of when I would receive my items. On 12/17 I asked them to refund my money and cancel my order and they stated that they need confirmation from the warehouse that my order is cancelled. I feel as if they are trying to keep my money without sending me the products. I honestly feel completely ripped off, because I paid for something and I can't get the product! I did file a Paypal dispute, so I know it will go my way, but this is ridiculous.
***Also, I got desperate because I wanted these dresses for my daughters for Christmas and pictures and ordered the exact same Trish Scully dresses on 12/15 from Zuilily. I got those dresses in 3 days! However, I swear they completely changed their sizing (I have bought at least 10 dresses from Trish Scully) and the dresses did not fit like expected! So back they went.****

Horrible! What I ordered for a 2 year old not even close to the correct size. Sent it back without even taking items out of the box. Got a message that said I had a credit and to place another order. I responded that I did not want to place another order and that I just wanted my refund. They said they don't do refunds. That is the first and last time I will order from them. BEWARE!

If I can rate this company a 0 I would. They are very unprofessional. I made 2 orders each a day apart. My first order shipped and was deliver within a week. My second one I had to chase and still after over a week not shipped yet. I explained to the representatives that it was a Christmas gift and they promised I’d get it shipped by a certain day to make it in time. Still no shipment. I kept emailing and I wouldn’t get a reply. Finally after 3 emails I did. The only way to get a hold of them immediately is through their website chat. None of them made a real effort to get this gift shipped. I will never recommend this website to anyone. Their material from my first order is even so crappy. I paid $45 for a dress that ripped the lace as soon as I pulled it out of the bag. Horrible absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your time and money their clothing isn’t worth it.

My advice is to not order from this company. Their customer service is poor and so is their response time. I ordered a Christmas dress for my daughter. It took almost 2 weeks to get here...Indiana to Missouri. When it arrived it was crazy small. I contacted them multiple times (email and left messages) they finally responded a week later. They don’t do exchanges but accept returns for store credit only and you still get deducted shipping. When I tried to comment on their Facebook page, they deleted it and have now blocked me from commenting. Before I knew all of this I ordered the dress again on express shipping (3 days) in a larger size. It still hasn’t shipped and I messaged them and they actually responded rather quickly and simply said your order is preparing for shipment. It should have arrived by now. I then messaged them 3 more times and zero response. Do not order from them!!! They take your money, provide poor quality clothing and poor customer service. And the worst part is there is no way to warn people!!!

Do not buy from here, dressed aren't true to the listed measurements, so i shipped them back. Poor quality and now i'm stuck with a store credit, less a restocking fee and shipping cost, I don't want to use!!!!!!! Customer service, is slow and takes multiple attempts to get them to respond.
Any business that doesn't provide refunds is a scam!

This company's Customer Service is AWFUL. I returned dresses last month and I am still awaiting credit. I was hopeful that I would have that to apply to dresses for my girls for Christmas. I WILL NOT put any more money into this company. Despite my tracking showing they have received my items last month, being told I should have a credit the next day (it's been 3), speaking to multiple people via chat (they will not speak to you over the phone) AND being told the VP would reach out to me today...Nothing.

I've warned people on social media and I have now been blocked from commenting and my comment erased (Bad, Bad, Bad Customer service) I am incredibly frustrated...

I trusted this company and now feel like it's all a scam
The dresses are good quality but not true to size which is why I am in this predicament.

No stars for this company! I ordered 2 costumes on October 31st for a Disney Christmas trip. I contacted customer service several times but all she could do was to tell me that the items have not shipped as yet. It is now December 9th and I am afraid that they won’t arrive in time for our Christmas surprise trip. I still have not received a tracking number. I requested a cancellation and have not received confirmation of that request. Customers deserve better than this. I had to buy the dresses elsewhere and they will be here this week.

I ordered two dresses on November 10 thinking I was doing it with enough time for them to get here by December 12. Boy, was I wrong! I have reached out to this company many times about where my order is and all I get is the shipping department is backed up. AND your point?!? Extend hours, hire more people. Whatever! But get the damn orders out. So disappointing. I have sent a private message to the owner on Facebook with links to this site. They have blocked me from commenting on any of their Facebook pictures since I was telling others to not buy from this company. I've also opened a case with PayPal since I used them to pay for this. At this point, I just want my money back. Based on others comments, the dresses would've been crappy anyway. Ugh.

I had ordered from this company from before with no issues. However, I placed an order November 12. It is now December 6 and the order has still not shipped. They were unable to give a ship estimate as of a week ago. I sent an email and did the live chat to cancel my order, and 24 hours later, it hasn’t happened.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I ordered a dress on Nov. 10th to be able to take my granddaughter to Ballet Austin's Nutcracker. I was told on Nov. 29th that it would ship on Dec. 2nd and they would priority ship it. It is now Dec. 4th and was told today that is has not shipped yet. And all they can say is they will get it out as soon as possible, and sorry....blah, blah. I did it on their website through a live chat but nothing is changed. Their website looks good, clothes look good, but if they can't deliver, it's certainly not worth it. I will never order from them again, so please be cautious about when you order.

I wish I could leave no stars. I ordered $250 in dresses with expedited shipping. The order hasn't even shipped according to their site. Reading the rest of the reviews, I'm doubtful I will ever receive my products and you can bet there will be legal issues if this is the case. Also, don't bother reaching out via their social media page on FB if you have anything less than glowing to say about them. They will delete your post and then block you from commenting. Do not buy from this vendor.

I already wrote a review here about how insane my experience has been with this company. I noticed several other people are having the exact kind of issues with this company. One huge problem I’m noticing is that they’re blocking people from writing anything negative on their Facebook page. I reported them on Facebook as scammers . Maybe if enough people report them they’ll shut their page down!! I also sent a message to Trish Scully herself via Facebook messenger, it does not show that it’s been read as of yet but nonetheless I wanted her to hear from her customers directly. It’s been a month now for me with no products and a couple of the items I originally ordered are now out of stock. I cannot get anyone to verify when I’ll receive my order or if the changes I had to make will happen either. I’m literally out $200 at this point and the items I ordered were supposed to be for a Christmas gift.

The poor quality of the items I purchased look like they are outsourced to China. So disappointed, I thought it was a sale. This garbage shouldn't be $20 on a regular day. Sale my butt. Its just she is selling rubbish. I hope no one ever pays $100 for one of her dresses.
