Horrible sizing and terrible return/exchange policy
The sizing is extremely inconsistent. The return/exchange policy is ridiculous for a mailed item. They were unable to work with me to exchange a dress that was made extremely big given the size ordered. Most retailers understand that making a customer happy will reward them in the future. This company will not last and I will never order from them again. I’d rather spend more and have good customer service.
Correction to a review
Correction to a review. I ordered several dresses that had problems such as the zipper broke and couldn't unzip another dress. Contacted customer service they said they wouldn't fix them because they were over a year old. I paid to have them repaired myself.
Terrible service
Terrible service. I have a store credit and small gift card. They will not let me use together. Be sure of your order because hard to return. They charge a large fee for return.
Yup, refund took 5 months
Yup, same as other reviews. I had a family emergency around the holidays when I placed orders and returned both dresses. I forgot to follow up on my refund in my cc account. ONLY 5 months later did I remember when looking at my taxes that they never refunded me. Also charged for a dress that never shipped.... Dresses were horrible and would never order from them again....

I ordered a dress for my daughter’s 4th birthday and it didn’t look as shown on the website at all! very cheap quality.. after the 1st wash the dress fell apart!

We had a bit of a rollercoaster…
We had a bit of a rollercoaster experience with our first order from Trish Scully. After ordering, I came across reviews mentioning poor customer service and got really nervous—especially when we ran into an issue.
I ordered two dresses for my daughter, and one arrived incorrect (right princess, wrong length). At first, I assumed it was my mistake and didn’t double-check. About a week later, I found my receipt and realized the error was on their end. I couldn’t locate the live chat, so I emailed customer service early in the morning (Eastern time), and they responded the same day. They quickly acknowledged the mistake and sent out the correct dress with 2-day shipping so it would arrive before our trip.
Then, on the very first day of our trip (after about 7 hours of wear), the inner seam of the pants split and the fabric shredded. I reached out again right away, and they handled it promptly. They offered multiple solutions—sending the same dress, choosing a different one, or issuing a credit. My daughter picked a different dress, and it shipped within 24 hours.
Overall, the dresses are absolutely beautiful, and my daughter received so many compliments. However, the pant material didn’t hold up well, which was disappointing. That said, their customer service in our experience was responsive and helpful when issues came up.
They will not refund your money back…
They will not refund your money back even after after being months. Worst scammers ever. I made a dispute through paypal and they literally denied the case. They knew what they were doing and they have the audacity to reject. No ethics and lacks common sense. You are better off shopping from somewhere else than this awful scammers. Going to report their company and go public with the case.
Ordered Glenda crown and was delivered…
Ordered Glenda crown and was delivered in a plastic bag with a piece of bubble wrap and was broken in. 5 spots. Said they’d send another and same. Now doesn’t want to refund the money. Also order a surprise package for clothes for 4 toddler and was sent 6 to 13 months. Very disappointed and a hair accessory that two item cost $120.00. A rip off and a Snow White dress that was $55.00 and looks like the sleeves possibly may rip.
Horrible customer service
Customer service is rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive. I placed an order and did not receive one of the two dresses I bought, despite the fact the packing slip indicated that both dresses were in the same package. The customer service rep made me jump through a bunch of hoops to prove that I didn’t have it. When I reached out to customer service, I was hoping that they would be apologetic and work to get me the dress that they’d forgotten to include in the box as soon as possible. the customer service rep did not even apologize when I explained what occurred. I then had to write several times in order to get a reply. I then asked her how long it would take to receive the item I was charged for that was not included in the package (despite the packing slip indicating it was included) and she wouldn’t reply.
I ultimately reached back out after several days of no response and just said to refund me for the dress that hadn’t been delivered because I had zero confidence that I would ever receive it.
It took 3 weeks to receive the initial package anyway.
Last year when I purchased something from them when I returned the items that didn’t fit they were supposed to refund my credit card but instead only gave me store credit. I had to reach out several times in order to get this rectified. I had returned the items in under a week. They were definitely trying to pull a fast one.

I ordered two dresses for the brunch after my wedding. Both were in the $200 range. I thought the dresses were a high quality cotton, and both were lined. However, these dresses are made for small boned, petite women. Very narrow shoulders. Additionally, I thought one dress would have embroidery on it, but it was just a print. Deceiving on the website. Finally- BUYER BEWARE!- the cost to return and get your money credited to the original form of payment is $14.99!!! Outrageous! It’s almost like they don’t want people to order and try their product. Too bad. Cute marketing and website.
Waited 2 weeks only to be disappointed
I ordered my daughter's dress...waited 2 weeks and never received any communication about shipping etc - then I received an email that the items I ordered were out of stock. Why did they wait TWO WEEKS after my purchase to inform me?! So in a crunch, I had to try to find another dress. The correspondence from the company was minimal at best and they answered none of my questions. They issued a store credit and then said a refund...still waiting. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!
Misleading Product, Worse Return Policy
I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves one.
The dress I ordered looked beautiful online—but what arrived was completely different. The color labeled “natural” is not neutral at all—it’s a dull, mustard-yellow that looks cheap and unflattering. Not even close to the photos.
Their “exchange” policy is incredibly restrictive—you can only exchange for the same exact dress in a different size. If you want a different style, you have to place an entirely new order. So after paying $78, I’m stuck only getting $48 back.
Between misleading photos and a return policy that feels designed to trap your money, this was beyond disappointing.
Buyers beware—what you see is not what you get.
Very disappointed with customer service
I would like to give my Trish Scully experience less than one star. Beware when ordering from this company. I ordered a dress and received it in the incorrect size. I thought well - things happen. I was told by Reagan in customer support that the dress was no longer available in the size I needed. I ordered a replacement dress and a week later when I inquired why it still hadn't shipped out I was informed (again by Reagan) it too was out of stock. No apology. No explanation. Perfectly horrible customer service.
Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service. They should be reported to the FTC for poor business practices.
I had to cancel my order because they couldn’t get it shipped in time. They had a few excuses, but none of them were disclosed at the time of purchase. Eventually, they let me know one of the items I wanted was out of stock and offered to give me store credit or a different size. No. I had to demand a refund, because I certainly don’t expect to shop there again, and why would I want something in the wrong size?
I eventually cited the FTC and had my entire order refunded. Definitely be wary of this business.
Incomplete dress and terrible customer service
I was very excited to get my daughter’s baptism dress and shoes. It came super fast so that was nice, however, it arrived without the belt set and their shoe size run big so they didn’t fit. I immediately reached out to them and asked them to send me the belt set and if I could exchange the shoes as their size chart is not accurate, the guy I spoke to, said they will ship the belt set immediately but that I should pay the $15 handling fee to exchange the shoes, or send an email so the manager hears my case and waives the fee, even though, it was a mistake on their part. Long story short, they never sent the belt dress, even after reaching out to them 1000 times by email and by phone (same guy every time) and after explaining that my daughter needed it ASAP. Every time their response was the same, nothing specific to my case and concern, their reply was “we will do our best to ship it”. I finally asked 3 days prior to my daughter’s baptism, is it ever going to arrive? To what they finally gave me an actual answer, it will be shipped next week. Needless to say I requested a refund, returned everything went to Dillards and got my daughter a beautiful dress and shoes. Horrible company and they obviously don’t care about making it right. I’ll never buy from them again.
Amazing dresses
Amazing dresses. I have ordered repeatedly from Trish scully. Zero complaints or issues. Beautifully made. Super impressed by quality.
Very disappointing
Very disappointing. Ordered a dress on the 17th paid for two day shipping but never received my order. Customer service kept giving me the run around, they kept changing the delivery date saying that it was out of their control. I paid for a dress that I never received.
Size chart is inaccurate
Size chart is inaccurate, and customer service does not assist in helping you decide if another size would fit. They just give you the return information. I read about the return policy and that should have been a red flag in the first place.

Damaged item will not refund shipping
I purchased a dress for my daughter's first communion and when it came, the bow was pinned to the front instead of the back. The pin had rusted and left two holes and a stain. I contacted Trish Scully and they gave me two options get a replacement or store credit. I asked for a replacement, but the size we needed wasn't in stock. I asked if we could get a different dress in the correct size and get the 20% discount we had gotten on the first dress since it's not our fault the dress came damaged. They said no. When I asked if I was understanding properly, and guessed I'd probably have to pay for shipping the new dress, too, they immediately started a refund (minus the original $15 shipping fee, of course) and said I'd have the money in about 5-7 business days.
I paid $75 for this dress, I'm only getting $56 back. It's not usable because the ribbon is part of the dress. I'm out my money for shipping, and have an upset little girl. I've purchased a number of things over the years and have mostly been happy. All I'm asking for is to send me a replacement dress that's the same price as the first one and don't make me pay shipping for a defective product. I don't think that's unreasonable.
