Read the small print regarding refunds, shipping costs and restocking fees. I returned 2 children’s dresses and accessories which were not the quality I expected. I paid the shipping costs to return them and was also was charged a $14.99 restocking fee. The original shipping costs were also not refunded.To return something I was out of pocket by approx $45. I would not buy from this company again. There are much better online companies out there.
This company will not help you when something goes wrong
Their sizing runs small, but it's shocking just how small they can be. Given you can't try things on, you'd think they'd be more helpful, but no: for a direct exchange they will charge you $15. I was a repeat customer until I couldn't even get a response from the company -- just form responses to each correspondence I sent.
They will not help you. They do not care about you. Don't waste your money.

Oh, I wish I had looked up the reviews before ordering.
I ordered matching outfits for my four kids and then they called me and said one of them was no longer in stock and it wasn’t in stock in any of the nearby sizes.
He said the warehouse probably filled the orders out of order and put someone else’s before me. He told me just to pick out a different dress but now there’s even less sizes in stock to try to get all of my kids in matching outfits.
There wasn’t even an attempt at any sort of concession for the inconvenience.
After all these reviews and the customer service I received it makes me feel like the quality of the dresses isn’t going to match the photos either

Horrible Customer Service - No Refunds Issued
I purchased a dress for my daughter's 1st communion. It was too small and had to order another while returning the original dress. I contacted customer service for a refund and was told they could only issue a credit for a later purchase. I informed them I had no plans to purchase anything further from them, but they insisted only a store credit was available.
I contacted them 3 years later, as I have not purchased from them and was told there's no credit and they cannot and will not refund my money.
I would give lower than 1 star if…
I would give lower than 1 star if possible. I purchased a dress for $170 and expected a new unworn garment. When it arrived the dress had sale tags on as if it was brand new. When I tried on, it smelled like body odor and even worse when I put my hand in the pocket there was a used Kleenex and old lipstick tube. This is a fraudulent operation representing new products and reselling used garments. Buyer beware.

Cheap costume quality dresses! Sewn badly and fabric is terrible! Their website pictures are BEYOND deceiving and their return policy is the WORST EVER!! Don't touch this company!

Their customer service is horrible
Their customer service is horrible. I ordered my daughter a dress in a size 14 (one size up from her true size). The dress was several sizes too small. I had to pay $15 to exchange it for the same size, and while the dress is still too small, it is much bigger than the original one of the same size. I couldn't believe they would change their customers for their own sizing issue. The quality is not there and the dress isn't even close to what was pictured. I will not order from the company again, and I will make sure to let everyone know to stay away.
Worst customer experience of my online-shopping life
If I could score less than one star, I would. I returned a dress and requested a refund. Instead, they sent a credit, minus a restock fee. I emailed and reached out on social media. No response. I called the 800 number. That’s when the frustration ramped up. There is one man who answers the phone. He told me he didn’t have the power to grant my refund— the manager had to do it; however, she was nowhere to be found and “doesn’t always get back” to him. I called multiple times over several days. Same story. Manger is too busy to take care of this. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Still no word from this company. Terrible service. Questionable business practices. I question if this is a real company. If it is, it certainly doesn’t care about building a return customer base.
Don’t let them tell you they can’t refund!
Just here to echo what seems to be a universal experience. Items did not ship as promised; I requested a refund after going back and forth after that date had come and gone - trying to get a tracking number for 4 additional days. As soon as I asked the items “magically” shipped. Well, it’s still outside of the promised time and I had already requested a refund. They refused. Joke’s on them because the law states if shipping does not occur within the promised time that they are required to provide a refund if requested. (Y’all google FTC delayed shipping)
Hot tip: if anyone is experiencing issues with getting a deserved refund (seems like at least 80% of us are), file a dispute with your bank/cc immediately (do not give them the benefit of the doubt!) AND report to the FTC. They take these reports to watch shady companies like this. The more reports made, the quicker they’ll be held accountable.
Terrible customer service
Won’t let you return without a$15 charge and then won’t give money back. Says they will give store credit but haven’t received. Who would want store credit with a sorry business. I would not want to buy anything else from. They don’t have a phone number or return info. You have to wait on an email from them which took a month then said it was too late

Ordered four dresses. Shipping time was longer than anticipated. Once the package arrived, I opened it to discover they sent me someone else’s order. I’ve been back and forth with their “customer service” almost a dozen times trying to at least get a refund after taking the time to send back *their* mistake. It’s been well over a month and they still have not refunded my money. I have no dresses, and I’m out money. Terrible company. They initially told me to “check with my neighbors” after the wrong order arrived. And now after I told them I will be disputing the charge with my credit card since they’ve had their merchandise back for weeks, they told me “Go ahead.” Not once did they apologize for *their* error and they certainly have no qualms holding money that is not theirs.
Absolute JOKE of a company
Absolute JOKE of a company. I ordered costumes 6 weeks before Halloween thinking I had plenty of time. It took nearly 2 weeks for it to ship out, and the sizing was way off. So then I find out they charge $15 to return their poorly fitting costumes. Then they took an ADDITIONAL 2 weeks to process the return, and another 10 days to decide to ship a replacement. I finally emailed the company to say to just give us our money back, and they responded with a tracking number. I think they sent us a dummy tracking number because now that it's a day before Halloween they sent us yet another tracking number. WHY WOULD I NEED A HALLOWEEN COSTUME SHIPPED THE DAY BEFORE HALLOWEEN?!??! Now it's the day before Halloween and I have nothing. Absolutely infuriating. My daughter has been asking about her costume every single day for the past 6 weeks and now I get to tell her she won't have it in time. Greedy, thoughtless company.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this Halloween costume store and would strongly advise everyone to stay away! I placed an order on October 8th, paying extra for 5-day shipping so my daughters could have their costumes in time for a party before Halloween and for their school celebration on October 30th. It’s now October 28th, and nothing has arrived. Even worse, the costumes haven’t even shipped!
After 7 days with no updates, I reached out multiple times, concerned that we wouldn’t receive the costumes on time. Each time, I was assured they’d be here “soon.” Finally, on October 25th, customer service guaranteed the costumes would arrive on October 28th. But here we are – October 28th, and still nothing!
Their vague, misleading responses gave me false hope that the costumes would arrive, so I didn’t make other arrangements. Now, it’s too late to order replacements, leaving my daughters without costumes for both their parties. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of reliability, poor communication, and failure to fulfill a straightforward order. Don’t waste your money or trust this store – they won’t deliver!
I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a Halloween costume on Oct 3rd that promised 5-7 day shipping. I kept expecting to see notification of shipment or to get a package on my doorstep and after a couple weeks I reached out to the company. I received an automated response, clearly not specific to my order and waited some more. After no real response I messaged to get an update on my order status and was told on Oct 22nd that they upgraded me to FedEx express 2 day shipping and to expect the order in 2-3 days. I’ve now missed one full party with our planned costume, and it’s Oct 28th- no updated shipping information/conformation, no feedback when I question customer service on my order, nothing. At this rate it definitely won’t arrive in time, if it ever does, and I’m out $70 for absolutely nothing. Absolutely waste of time, energy, and money. Will never order Trish Scully again
wildly inaccurate sizing
We ordered the Jolly Holiday costume for my daughter in fall 2022. The quality was excellent - easily the best costume we've ever purchased. She was a 50th percentile kid, so we ordered a size 10. It fit but was a tad bit tight.
After a reasonable experience 2 years ago, we bought the Belle costume for my daughter this year. She's still 50th percentile, but we ordered a size 14. I checked the sizing - for size 14 it says:
Height 60-63in
Weight 95-105lbs
Chest 30.5in
Waist 27in
Hips 33in
She's 60 inches and 101 lbs. This dress was swimming on her. I'm 5'4" and 132lb with a 30-inch waist and 36-inch bust. I'm nursing right now, to give insight. This dress was too big on me! It was so laughably inaccurate that my husband looked to see if it was an adult-size 14. It's not. This is being returned. The bad part is that I paid for rush shipping since they are not the fastest shippers. Then you get charged a $15 restocking/processing fee for a return. Now you only get a credit, not a refund.
I would not recommend this company. Customers get punished for the company's inaccuracies of descriptions.
Great Quality Products!
I ordered a princess dress and tiara for my daughter for Halloween. The quality of the products were great and the 4T size per the size chart fit my daughter perfectly. The tiara is sturdy, sparkly, and not like the cheap quality you find on Amazon. My order arrived very quickly! I will be a return customer!
This company has terrible service
This company has terrible service. I ordered two dresses that were supposed to arrive in 5-7 days that took 11 days to arrive. When I reached out to the company, there was no response. I had to return them as they arrived after the event and to add insult to injury, they charge a return fee on top of shipping. Don't shop here!
