I recently made a comment on this company's facebook page. It said, "Read online reviews before purchasing". That's it. I was immediately blocked from commenting on their social media and the comment was deleted. They allow nothing if it has any negative inflection and the company obviously would rather their reviews not be read. Crap company that should spend as much time working on customer satisfaction as they do on removing and blocking people. Order at your own risk,

Beware this company only offers a strict return policy (which is not listed anywhere reasonable on the website unless you really dig for it, on the email receipt or packing slip) to receive only store credit within a strict 30 days after purchase, minus a $9.95 restocking fee. You have to pay for your own return shipping additionally and the return time frame is not adjusted based on shipping delays from them. I am donating the dresses I bought from them with tags still on them in hopes it will make some other little girls happy, but will never make another purchase from Trish Scully again. In 2022, when online shopping is very competitive and should be a simple process, this was a horrible shopping experience for me. Their customer service is VERY unfriendly and impersonal and it is impossible to get someone live on the phone to speak to directly. If you are considering trying this brand, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Not worth the headaches or loss in money if you need to return an item.
Awful customer service
What happened to this company? They used to be so easy to contact, fix mistakes. The customer service now is HORRENDOUS! I emailed about a lost package, and they said to just wait a few weeks for it to arrive (after I paid $20 for 2 day shipping). The ticket was closed without resolution (I received a rate your support email). So I messaged on Facebook, and the person answering said that the woman I had emailed with the previous day hadn’t worked for them in “quite some time.” And then shamed me for it being late on a Saturday night, and that someone would reach out Monday. I will never buy from this company again.
Too expensive for what you get
Ordered two crowns and a fan for my daughters birthday. The crowns arrived broken and the fan is a 99 cent store cheap plastic fan. Trish Scully had the audacity to charge $17.99 for a plastic dollar store fan.
I paid $12.99 shipping. To return anything I will be charged $10 each for restocking and I have to pay to ship it back to them.
This company sucks!!!! I’m out $55.00 just for the pleasure of seeing their terrible products in person.
Do not buy from this company.
You are better off going to Etsy. Better quality, better sellers, better policies.

Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money! I purchased a $55 dress for my 2 year old for Christmas. Of course, I purchased early to make sure everything was set for our family photos. When I received the dress, I tried it on my daughter and put it in the closet. Then 1.5 months later I steamed it and put it on my daughter for the photos. The zipper failed within 5 minutes. We didn’t even make it out of the house. When I contacted customer service, they said too bad because it’s outside their return window. They do not make exceptions for defective products. Fortunately, I was able to open a case with PayPal, who did refund the money. Seriously, believe the reviews. This company is garbage.
Horrible Customer Service
Items ordered were not in stock. No notification. I understand shortages are everywhere - but my problem is the lack of communication. Had to reach out multiple times over multiple platforms over multiple days to only get generic responses in return. No one ever actually helped me. I just received an email saying that my order was canceled - which made it too late to get something else ordered for Christmas pictures.
I had a similar experience at Halloween but thought it was a fluke. The products are cute, but the service is not.
Update on my bad review
Very awful customer service. I have ordered 2 dresses and it has been 2 weeks now and still not shipped. So I inquired and then they said that the other dress is already out of stock, then how come nobdoy contacted me about it and waited for me to inquire? Now the other dress is just waiting to be shipped but offered to change the out of stock item to something else which I already gave them which one but still foggy on the next plan as they didn't reply again. I tried the live chat that which was of no help as if she was chatting to multiple people since she can not chat with me straight and got logged off 2x then on email, I am talking to Bailey and it takes forever for a reply. One question, one answer and it even takes multiple days for an answer??? Outrageous! This is my first time buying in this site and might be the last! Now for heaven's sake, I hope they finally ship my item! So frustrating!!!!
*****Update on my orders. I have finally received and I did received it on time. Bailey had helped me a lot and accommodated me well with my inquiries. The two dresses I ordered are really pretty and met my expectations. I can't wait for my daughter to wear it this Sunday. If you are in a rush and need to get the dress then you might reconsider getting dress from other site but if you are willing to wait, then I can say that their dresses are in good quality and deserves the wait.

I’ve been buying from this company for years. The dresses are beautiful and most have been excellent quality. I have 5 daughters and have been a loyal customer shopping there for all my holiday and special event needs.
In September, I bought two dresses for my daughter who was receiving her confirmation. The dresses were taking so long that I reordered the same dresses with express shipping( they arrived in 2 days). 😒 turned out none of the dresses fit. Sadly, she had outgrown their sizing. I needed to return all four dresses. Two having never been removed from their packaging. And the others still intact, tags on.
I went on their site to find out how , exactly, to do a return. They do not provide shipping return slips. All they give you is their address. You have to pay to send them back and pay a restocking fee AND they only provide a credit!!! Who even does that anymore?! I knew this was sketchy and that if I just mailed them back, “something” was going to happen. I reached out via email and phone, several times. Nothing. Running out of time to make the return I shipped them back. Tracking shows that they arrived, but I never received a credit/ return/ confirmation email. Again, I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and I have received no response. This isn’t just bad customer service, this is theft!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Low Quality that’s only going down
Purchased their sample sale box which says it’s dresses from the site and I got a dress that I could have purchased at a dollar store. When I wrote to them asking what dress it even was because it didn’t come up on their site they simply wrote back it’s final sale. I didn’t even ask for a return or anything I just said you should really make it clear you are giving dresses that aren’t on your site. It’s a shame that Bailey their customer service rep didn’t even offer apologies or an alternative being that I’ve purchased so many dresses from them over the years. Their quality has gone down immensely and I won’t be purchasing from them anymore after this latest experience.

I have been reading negative reviews and I have never found any of this to be the case. I have been ordering dresses, flower girls dresses, costumes and even a couple of dresses for myself. Customer service has been excellent, workmanship wonderful and incredibly fast delivery. I ordered two holiday dresses on October 28th and received them today November 3, 2021, LOVE, LOVE, Trish Scully Designs.

Extremely poor quality with awful customer service
My experience mirrors that of the other reviewers. We purchased the mermaid dress for my three year old's Halloween costume. I ordered the dress early to ensure delivery before Halloween.
When the dress arrived, it was smashed into a small plastic bag. This is disappointing as the fabric is wrinkled. I hung the dress, and after some time, it did smooth out.
I noticed, upon receipt, that the garment has many loose threads hanging from seams. For a dress marketed as higher quality, this is concerning. I complained via the "rate your experience" email that I received, but no one ever responded.
Fast forward to Halloween. These loose threads made it nearly impossible to zip up the dress. The gloves split at the seams within an hour of wear (and this is with limited use of hands- my daughter was mostly seated for this hour).
I contacted customer service to complain about the quality. I received a response from "Rency", essentially stating that the refund period had passed and they could do "nothing" for me. I did not expressly ask for a refund- a heartfelt, customer focused response addressing the poor quality would have gone a long way to show any sort of concern for customer retention.
Don't waste your money- the photos of the products are deceiving of materials even worse than chain store dresses.
Huge miss
On October 6th I ordered two dresses from Trish Scully. I ordered a Woman’s Small Alice dress and Girls 10 Queen of Hearts. On October 17th I received an email that both dresses had been delivered but upon opening the package the Alice dress was missing. On October 20th I sent an email and spoke to the chat feature online indicating the zipper on the Queen of Hearts dress was broken and that the Alice dress had not arrived with the package. They indicated they would immediately send out replacement items.
On October 26th I had not received the items so I reached out on their chat. They told me they could do two day shipping so the item could arrive on Friday. They also indicated the Small Alice dress was out of stock and asked if I would take an XS, I agreed. We requested overnight, in order to attend a Halloween party dressed up in our costumes, and the girl said we would need to send an email to make the request but they don’t ship over night. I sent an email at 11:53am MST on Oct 27th with the order number as the email subject. We received an email back 2 days later on October 29th asking for our order number in order to help with our request.
We received an email indicating the item had been shipped on October 28th and they tracking number was available on the 29th with an expected arrival of November 1st.
This entire experience has been very sad to me because we tried so hard to work with them to get the correct items on time. Their responses were always very short, lacked any empathy, and ultimately didn’t resolve our issue. I had an entire family costume planned that ultimately didn’t work out because of Trish and Scully’s inability to communicate.
0 star if I had the option.
I had a horrible experience with them when I ordered their dresses about 1 yr ago. I posted on their FB regarding my horrible experience - they deleted my comment and restricted my commenting rights on FB. So I am here to warn all potential customers. Their dresses may be okay (not as great as advertised), but they are not worth all the stress and the disrespect.
I ordered 3 dresses for my niece's bday and ordered months ahead knowing shipping could be slow. Well they turned out to be months and months of waiting. Every time I sent them a email regarding the status of my order, the same person will say they are shipping my items right away. But that was never the case. Basically, they lied and lied. So when I went on their FB to voice out my concern, they deleted my comment and restricted my posting rights. I thought I would never see those dresses. Thank goodness the dresses came 5-6 months after. Like I said, they were okay dresses. However, horrible customer services, the constant lie, the disrespect, and the stress made the whole experience horrible. Dresses not worth all that!
Order will never ship- Buyer Beware!
I ordered Halloween costumes for my girls, they never shipped them and their customer service will not respond. I tried to leave a comment on Facebook to warn other customers, and they blocked me from commenting (even though they will not respond to my customer service emails!) I have opened up a case with American Express to dispute the charge. This company is fraudulent.

Ordered Princess Dress & Tiara for granddaughter's Birthday Party. Waited 4 weeks, no shipment, no delivery. No live person to contact. Had to e-mail and wait over 48 hours for response. They refuse to ship dress until tiara is shipped with it. After promised ship date passed, they finally told me to pick out another tiara and still won't ship the dress. We are heartbroken as granddaughter picked out her dress & tiara for her party. They charged my credit card the day I placed order and 4 weeks later no product, no shipment. SCAM! Stay Away!
This is a horrible company to shop…
This is a horrible company to shop with!!! Do not do it!!!! They post what they have to “offer” , say nothing about items not being in stock and then never ship you anything. They just keep delaying the product’s arrival time. First it was October, then it was November. They told me September was during peak holiday times and this is to be expected. It was a Halloween costume. They are a disgusting company - do not shop here!!!! They are a scam! If you really like something from them - do not order directly through them. Only use Zulily. They are at least honest about how long something takes. Do not trust trishscully.com they should not be doing business themselves.

Quality of dresses is incredible. Customer Service was awesome on chat when I reached out about an issue. Express shipping got our items here just in time! After other reviews I was skeptical, but our experience was great.
Their customer service is a joke
Their customer service is a joke. I've ordered dresses from them in the past with no issues. I recently ordered a pair of boots for my daughter, toddler size 9. I ordered this size because it's what she normally wears and there was no size chart available for the boots. When the boots arrived, I immediately could tell they were too large. The bottom of the shoe says 28 which is a EU size 11. The shoes are 8inches long and a size 9 should be 6.125 inches long. When I emailed the company, the responses I received were rude and unhelpful. They told me that the shoes are a size 9... which they objectively are not. And they told me that I can return the shoes at my own expense. Extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from them again. If you do order from them, just hope that you do not need to return or exchange. It's a nightmare.
My package is lost
My package is lost . The fed ex said it was delivered. It was never delivered and they have no pictures they took. It's not anywhere in my property and camera shows no delivery. My sisters wedding is this Friday morning and my daughters dress is there. No one is calling me back or doing anything. Order 317623
