Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Be very careful before placing an order. There is a fee to exchange items and their dresses to not fit to size. They change their return policies and do not care about customer satisfaction.

MADE IN CHINA!!!!
No where on their website does it state that their dresses are MADE IN CHINA!!! I specifically looked to be sure they weren't and when I received the package there's a tag as big as day "made in china". I will NEVER buy from them again as this is very deceptive and the dress was very cheap material and sown wrong so I had to fix it. Trish Scully sucks!!!!!

Their dresses are so heavy for kids to walk around and hair pieces are the same way.. suitable to taking picture only for 5 min.. more than that kids would now wear their products because it is so heavy
Shipping and return fees are outrageous
Ordered the Barbie style costume for my daughter; followed the size chart and OMG is it way off! Not to mention, the dress is ridiculously flimsy and cheap, felt like a $20 costume that you would get from Target, definitely not worth $80, (and that's the sale price!) They charged me $12 for shipping, AND they charged me tax on the shipping! The return fees are an additional $15, and they're not refunding the tax they charged on the initial shipping fee. This is an absolute garbage company.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Shipping says 5-7 days. No notification at checkout or after of product being on back order. Had to reach out multiple times for help to only get my order canceled and have to pay a high delivery rate for short notice from another company. Didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience, didn’t even seem to care. I could have ordered from the other company from the beginning had I been made aware. Read the reviews on this company before you order!
They know the size chart is wrong they just don’t care
I found a dress that my daughter loved. I measured and re-measured her to ensure the correct sizing for the dress. When it arrived, it did not fit, not even close. I contacted customer support and their answer was that they “do offer a size chart, but's for general reference only." What?! Also they do not accept exchanges and refunds cost $15 + shipping. Absolutely awful.

Great quality, good customer service
The dress is quality material, not your big box store or party store costume. Granddaughter wears a size 14. Ordered a 14 and it fits her perfectly! First dress arrived with a sewing mishap. Called customer service and was quickly sent a replacement. So glad I found this company!
Size chart is for general use...just not on THAT dress
Dress was pretty and used cheap materials, but that isn't the issue. I loved the dress, perfect for what she wanted. The issue is that I checked and double checked their size reccomendations on their site and it should have fit. When contacted their answer is they do not accept exchanges and refunds cost $15+cost of shipping+any discounts+ no tax is refunded. When I mentioned the size chart the response I received was "We do offer a size chart, however it's impossible for one size chart to fit all of the hundreds of styles we make. It's for general reference only." So they give you useless information for purchasing the correct size and charge you to resell your purchase. Absolute scam with no chance to get accurate sizing.

Do not use this company
I purchased a girl's dress size 8. I paid 12.04$ in shipping. When I received the dress it would barely fit a child size 6. It was tiny and short. The company wants me to accept a gift card instead of a refund minus 13$ for the return shipping. The dress cost 44$ +, over 56$ with the shipping.
They made the error but want me to pay for it. First of all - I wanted a refund which they eventually agreed to, but refused to pay for the return shipping. They screwed up and minimally I will lose 13$ and have nothing to show for it. This is unscrupulous.
Also, you can only communicate with them via email and a chat, with someone who isn't very polite if you're not willing to eat the 13$. The phone is nothing more than a rerouting to the website.
Don't fall for it. It's not worth the chance that you might get what you were hoping for.
Beautiful dresses
Fast delivery, perfect dress!
I recently bought my daughter’s First Communion dress, and we are both delighted. I read so many negative reviews after purchasing it, and I was worried. Indeed, the delivery was fast, and the dress is of very high quality (both the materials and sewing). We are Italians and quite picky about quality, but completely happy with this! I would have paid way more for a similar dress back in my country.
Poor quality merchandise/horrible customer service
I purchased a surprise pkg for my 6 yr old granddaughter. I received the pinky outfit, that retails for 100 dollars. It was NOT what's pictured on their site. The jacket was paper thin and completely see through. The pants and shirt were like a Halloween costume from the dollar store. When I reached out, I received the the most apathetic, nothing we can do about it response. I'm sent countless emails with codes to receive a discount. They NEVER WORK. Response to this was plainly written by someone claiming to be a mgr, but absolutely DID NOT CARE! Read reviews, I wish I had.
Dress way too big despite using size guide
I ordered a dress for my daughter according to the measurements on their site and it was still way too big!! I understand a small restocking fee to return, but for a dress that doesn’t fit, was never worn, tags on, packed to return w care, I STILL paid $22 for a dress I don’t have. Makes no sense. Shipping is not that expensive!
We have ordered numerous trish-scully dresses from zulily and have genuinely loved them. Never again. I am appalled that there is such an upcharge for returned orders. I love to support small businesses as much as I can, but their return policy is outrageous!! Shame on me for not reading more closely. I truly thought I’d done my due diligence by using the size guide and a return wouldn’t be necessary. Beautiful dresses, horrible customer service. My response from the Customer Service Manager after emailing them about my concerns.
“Hello, We do not refund for shipping it to you. It is a 10 return shipping fee/restocking fee.”

UPDATE: After my original review I received another email from a Morgan Haskin-Scully, Design Team Manager -Operations and said since this was a manufacturers defect I may absolutely return dress for a refund/exchange. I requested an exchange and the very next day I received an email from Morgan DuRussel, Customer Service Manager, that a new dress was on its way to my home address. It took 14 days but had my granddaughter try on yesterday and she looks beautiful in it. Everything worked out great. ORGINIAL REVIEW: Be prepared for defective merchandise from this company and make sure you read their return policy and reviews. My mistake with the Ice Queen dress. The top of dress in size 5 doesn't allow my 3-year-old granddaughter's head (neck opening 14-15- inches and her head measures 21 inches) to fit through opening let allow her arms to go through. Beautiful dress material but dress is worthless. The return policy is 30 days but never thought it would be an issue since I ordered one size bigger. I discovered the dress issue 2 days later of their return policy. Very disappointed in company and their policy and not making exceptions for issues that were caused by their manufacturer. Did get Reagan on the phone immediately from company but needed to forward to his supervisor and received an email back denying my request for return. NO EXCEPTIONS to their 30 day rule. Just an update don't plan on writing anything negative on their Facebook page. They also delete your comment.
Inferior lace.
I do not like writing bad reviews but this was the worst experience ever!!! The dress was nothing like in the photos. The lace was cheap and AWFUL. I wonder where all those good reviews came from??? When I asked to return the dress I had to pay for shipping and was told I would only get a store credit after some huge processing fee....I haven't heard from them and it's been a month since I returned the dress. A total rip off!!!!!! You have been warned!!!??
I would have been better served…
I would have been better served purchasing dresses from Disney or Nordstrom with a return policy that ensured my over $300 investment would translate to receiving the opportunity to exchange dresses that did not fit. Unfortunately, your requirement for the customer to pay for return shipping, a re-stocking fee deduction, and a lengthy email exchange to locate my return, and a lack of exchange option is a big inconvenience from a customer shopping experience. Your dresses do not have the quality of your price point, and the inconvenience experienced also does not match your price point. You've got great marketing, not so great quality, and poor customer service.

I love ordering from this company they are very loyal and have wonderful clothing. They are so kind and understand any mistakes they make and they will make it right for you! I will be a forever customer and recommend them to everyone!
