Parking was booked and confirmed on 24th April 2024 with vehicle details and estimated time of arrival of 11.30am on 4th May 2024
Whilst on way to parking at 11.30 am on 4th May 2024 received phone call to advise that due to height restriction my vehicle could not be accepted. We then spent 3 hours searching for alternative parking , we were close to the driver dropping off passengers at port and returning home , managed to park for cash hopefully the van will be there when we get back

I had to contact Trinqoo after the Parking Company I booked through them became unresponsive and were avoiding me for 6 weeks plus. Trinqoo took the matter into their own hands and had compensated me within 5 days to make sure that I was looked after - very satisfactory customer service from Trinqoo

Unfortunately made an incorrect booking only realised the day before travel. Trinqoo would not amend booking or arrange a refund for a no show on the earlier date

I wouldn't even give one star, terrible service and a man named Tony who doesn't speak English very well and makes you stupid when you leave the car and when you pick it up, Not recommended

Scam company. This company is a total scam. No ethic, no professionalism, they work with so called professional airport companies (named apple parking) but both act like thieves and scam clients. They used my car for personal errands, emptied my fuel tank, parked my car 30 miles away from Heathrow when they told me they would park it nearby. They increased my mileage by 50milea. Watch out and stay away.

Booked through this company meet and greet.Absolutely disgusting and diabolical service from start to finish.Advised to phone 20 mins before drop off,calling 30 mins before about 20 times on both numbers,no answer.eventually they answered I tried to complain and staff was rude,asked do I want someone to be sent or not.No check of car on collection,but I videos myself,as I now realise was a very dodgy company,I travel a lot and always purple parking and other reputable companies and never had a problem in 35 years.I booked in a rush without reading reviews.On arrival again no answer after about 15 calls on both numbers.Then was told my car will take over half an our to be delivered.We booked two cars,under hanif and jokhoo.As I had time on my hands I started to read the shocking reviews,by now I was concerned if and how we was going to get our cars back.Disgraceful!All the reveiws are true and spot on.Do not use,not worth the risk!!

Great service from start to finish, meeting instructions were clear and when we returned I had a courtesy call from them whilst I was still on the plane welcoming us back. We were very delayed due to no where for the plane to park and baggage was over an hour but the parking guys were great and lots of communication then our car was ready for us and we drove away straight away. Couldn’t ask for more after a long haul night flight with 2 kids in tow. Will 100% use them again!

Booked parking for Heathrow Airport with Trinqoo. We were told a week prior that the parking provider had changed.

When we looked up the parking provider that Trinqoo had switched us to, we found a lot of very negative reviews (a lot of extra miles on the clock, muddy footprints and car damage) and felt uncomfortable with the new arrangements, so we were forced to cancel.

As a result of this, we had to change our travel arrangements which resulted in me taking a coach down to the Airport and being unable to travel as intended.

To be fair, the refund was processed. Obviously Trinqoo can't be responsible for what other parking providers do, but I think that they should vet their providers beforehand.

Booked airport parking through Airport Parking Deals/Trinqoo and they provided their partner airport parking provider - Genius Parking. Complained to Trinqoo that I received ULEZ penalty when I was away and they just passed me to the parking provider without any assistance. They don't take any responsibility for their partner airport parking provider and will leave you in limbo.

AVOID TRINQOO LIKE A PLAGUE.

I turned up to park my car but the car park was closed but I got a full refund

Waited for over 45 minutes for someone to come and get the car, repeated calls being told 5 minutes, had to pay £11 parking charge which they said they would pay back when they dropped the car back at the end of the holiday, when I mentioned it the driver was unaware

On time, driver very friend and vehicle decent and air conditioned.

Would not recommend. We were booked in for 6am, but Trinqoo driver didn't arrive until 6.45pm, despite us phoning several times. NB With this company you have to pay your own short-stay car parking ticket, whereas most companies include it in their quote, so a) it is not as good value as it looks and b) as our driver was late, we had to pay £11 (30-45 mins) rather than £7.50 (0-30 mins). Trinqoo do not have a desk in the car park, so you can only contact them by phone, and on our way back, their operator was busy and you couldn't leave a message as the 'inbox' was full - not what you want to hear after a long haul flight! We wondered whether we would ever see our car again......TBF, they did call me back after I'd phoned a few times and their driver this time was quick in delivering our car back.
