On arrival in Southampton a quick phone call to Dolphin Parking, to see which way was best for us to find the parking area, this was very quickly & stress free dealt with and we were guided to the parking within a very short time. The transport for us to be taken to the boat was waiting without any problems or hassle. The driver helped us with our luggage & helped with the directions we needed at the port. On return the driver was soon with us to be taken back to our car again stress free & without any hassle, this firm we highly recommend for politeness, professionalism , helpfulness & no hanging around for transportation.

Booking easy on line. However we had to wait 20 mins on arrival to hand over car which meant we incurred £11 parking fee (it goes up after 15 mins).

Also some confusion over entry/exit fee for Heathrow which is paid on line and the parking fee detailed above (ticket machine in carpark).this could be made clearer in booking process.

On return we phoned as requested but it was difficult to hear and when I informed the employee of my number plate he did not get it and did not know the code for letter (foxtrot zulu etc) so a bit of confusion there!) Car delivered to us safely and quite quickly.

The price quoted did not make it clear that we would have to call for the car to be taken off site at Heathrow, and also pay additional charges for entry and exit at the airport. These pushed the total price up by more than 20%! We had to wait at the designated spot for over 20 minutes for the driver to arrive. Would not consider these again.

The process was flawless. We turned up at the entrance to be met by one of the staff who told us where to park. Loaded our cases into the mini bus and then set off for the port. I’m sure that the reverse trip will be as good. Great service so far.

Booking was easy, the pick up from the car park on 8/5/24 was seamless and the return pick up on on 18/5/24, likewise. The drivers both ways were friendly and helpful.

The postcode given as the destination sent us to a different place, albeit close not close enough to see where we needed to be, however one of the guys came out to find us. No problems at all. On our return we were told they had updated the postcode and was assured it was now sorted. The transfer to and from the port, 10 minutes’ish was excellent and the staff were polite and courteous. I would recommend and will certainly use them again.

We realised we'd been scammed on arrival at the car park and the Tinqoo guys were unbelievably helpful, yes we had to pay again but we should be able to claim that back but we would have been completely stuck if it wasnt for these lads. I wish I'd got their names so I could have mentioned them personally in this review but thanks, so grateful.

Very friendly staff, someone was waiting for us when we arrived to show us were to park. The car was already waiting for us, took us straight to our destination. On the way back called the alloted time before we disembarked then again when we got curb side the car was waiting for us again, took us back directly to our car, was very efficient and easy. Will use this company again

Amazing experience, so so easy both on embarking and disembarking our cruise ship, lovely feeling to be leaving the port whilst everyone else was queuing for busses. Byron / Shri was a great driver who helped with all our bags and baby items. The organiser who i didnt catch the name of was also a great help and gave us clear instructions so we never had to wait around. Great service will definitely use again.

Great personalised service. Efficient and would recommend.
I used this company to park for a cruise from Southampton. You can drive straight the the car park and be transferred to the cruise terminal, but I chose to drop my cases off at the terminal and spend an hour in Southampton before going to the car park and getting my transfer.

Very easy and simple to use. It is worth saying it is a comparison site but easy to compare all the "service providers" with choice of who to use being the customer's based on price, storage of vehicle and service provided.

We used Trinqoo for our Norwegian Cruise from Southampton and found them very friendly, helpful and their instructions to navigate to the carpark quite precise. Their communication for inward and outward journeys was quite supportive.

Stay away from this company if you want good for yourself. My parking was reserved from noon on April 24 to 04th May, as I didn't know when I would get there. my plane started 24th April in the evening. The employee called me at noon and asked when I would get there. I said that I didn't know, and then I would call half an hour before, as it was in the description, but definitely not before 3-4 in the afternoon. He said it was fine, then at 12:30 he called me again to ask where I was because the driver was waiting at the airport, I told him again that and he said, I had to pay charge of £10 because the driver was already there for the car. I said this is not the case, I'll call when I'm there, the driver shouldn't go because there's nothing to do. Then he started yelling at me on the phone in a very jerky way. Then I'm looking for another parking lot. They called me twice, at which point I should have paid £30. Ridiculous. I called the head office, told them the root of the problem, that they couldn't deal with me, and then asked for my money back, which refused to return on the grounds that I ran out of time. I asked them to investigate who he was and on what basis he yelled at me, to let me know the outcome, but 2 weeks have passed and nothing has happened. I don't even understand how these guys can make ends meet. All this happened in Apple car park.
