Very pleased with the green machine and…
Very pleased with the green machine and the buttons and snaps. Items were dispatched very quickly. Reason only four stars related to the DPD delivery. Was waiting in for the delivery and tracking it but no attempt was made to deliver to the house. Suddenly had a message at 4 pm to say it had been taken to collection point so I had a ten mile drive through very congested traffic to collect it which was very inconvenient.

Must do better
After research, I ordered a tool to apply covered press studs.
It arrived quickly but with no instructions. I accessed instructions online.
The tool was impossible to operate and is not up to the job required, so I requested a refund.
I was sent a link to the same online instructions I had previously accessed, and I was not offered a refund.
I told the company I had accessed the online instructions, said the tool was inadequate and again requested a refund.
This time, there has been silence.
I have not received a refund.
UPDATE: an email explaining how to request a refund arrived! I'll be returning the product as required for my refund.

I'm sorry to hear the you were having difficulty with the tool. Having reviewed the email trail I can see that my colleague did send you the link for the tutorial as they were unaware at the time that you had already viewed the video; often once customers have seen how a product works in practice (as opposed to written instructions or illustrations) they're able to proceed without issue. When you replied sharing the fact that you'd already seen the video and were still having issues and wished to return for a refund my colleagues responded within 24hrs with the return instructions. Once we have received and inspected the goods a refund will be issued to you.

Still not got my items
Still not got my items.
You used Evri who have lost my shipment but won’t accept theve delivered it to another house.
You have been informed about this, I’ve sent you and Evri photographic evidence which proves negligence.
It’s now been over 10 days and still nothing sorted.
Think it’s time you returned my money and you sort it out with Evri.

We're very sorry that the courier mistakenly delivered the package to your next door neighbours. As my colleagues have informed you we have raised an investigation with Evri to see if the parcel can be retrieved and delivered to you. If this is unsuccessful a refund will be issued.
