Superb service
An email enquiry about a voucher that not yet been redeemed as the restaurant had ceased trading . Within 2 working days I had a positive response from the Glasgow Itison Team and a credit note, valid for 12 months had been lodged in my account.

Everything has always been straightforward
I've always found the process straight forward. On occasion my vouchers for whatever I have bought have not been able to be fulfilled by the venue. It has been straightforward to have these exchanged by yourselves. No quibbles.
