Very good customer care. Great products at good price

Quality of goods is fine for my needs. However the courier company is shocking. Twice now the package has not arrived on time even though I paid for express service. This order took 6 days to arrive. Trimming shop customer service not very helpful or reasuring.

Always the best service from these guys. Fast, reliable, and very reasonably priced—I would give 10 stars if I could.

I was looking for curtains hooks and found this company on Google. The site is easy to navigate; purchasing was made easy. Delivery was quick as well.

I have feedback regarding the packaging though. It would be ideal to have the items packed in their own box or bags. When they are all put in the envelope, removing them all is difficult, you must be very careful when you open to make sure they don’t fall. It’s when I counted them and there were 3 hooks missing, I realised they stayed at the bottom of the bubble wrap inside the envelope.

Because of the quality of the items and the experience itself, I will give 5 stars.

Fantastic shop. Needed some elastic cord to repair my coat hood. The Trimming Shop had the exact size I needed and was cheaper that certain other sites, was pleasantly surprised that even though it was a small order the delivery was free. Received within 3ish days of placing the order, much quicker that expected. Website was very simple to negotiate, even spent time looking around to see what other products they have, looks like I will be using them for my haberdashery needs in the future.

Great product at a great price. I ordered a pack of 100 x 9mm rainbow 🌈 double ended rivets. Works out at 18p per rivet 👌 Quick delivery. No problems.

The heavy duty Bungee elastic were just what I wanted. Strong enough to hold a tent upright and enough give to combat the recent windy conditions London has experiencing
