As always, I end up ordering items in a last minute panic while creating outfits for conventions and fairs. This order came through incredibly quickly which I was very grateful for, given other items I'd ordered from different sites got stuck in the Royal Mail pipeline, leaving me panicking before the event.

I haven't received my parcel. Can you help?

Arrived on time. Good price. No problems what so ever. Great.

They were OK but really need at least basic instructions. With diagrams. Even after watching the video it was hard to work out what way the female parts go in and I almost ruined my make because of it

The quality of the products they have supplied, a starter’s kit for quilting is first class. I will certainly use the TRIMMING SHOP again if we require more haberdashery items. Dispatched swiftly in secure packaging. Highly recommended.

On 31st July I ordered a set of dies 10mm and snaps from Amazon with delivery to be completed by 6th of August
I had a client order to fulfil by 10th so I had plenty of time, then I went onto Trimmers online shop, Opened account signed for email to receive a discount , discount code never came until hours after order is placed which was 12mm dies and 12mm snaps They said we can not add discount after order is complete . I needed them asap for a client order so couldn’t wait around for discount email.
I’m Waiting patiently for my dies and snaps from Amazon the snaps arrived 6th but no dies the tracking was the same number which made me assume they were coming together, Amazon could not do anything until 11th , then they updated my account with new tracking number , I sent an email to trimmers stating the problem and that it looks like they just did not send my order until I reported it missing which is what I said in my email and as it takes a while to reply the reply I received was our tracking shows you have had your items delivered 10th GRRR
This is true however ordered 31st of July delivered 10th of August is unacceptable!

Diabolical. Sent me a die set that was so badly milled that only one of the top dies would screw in. They said they needed to check whether the rest of their stock was similarly affected before deciding whether to replace or refund. I had to chase them. They sent a replacement. Worse still - NEITHER top die would screw in so they obviously didn't check their stock very hard. Raised a dispute via PayPal. Got a "we're looking into it and will get back to you" response from the Trimming Shop...but then nothing. After 11 days of radio silence, I escalated my dispute to claim status with PayPal who found in my my favour within minutes and refunded me. Thank goodness for PayPal.

My order arrived very promptly which I was very happy with because I could get on with my project without delay. There are a good range of items to choose from and the quality is excellent.

Avoid at all costs, In over 10 years this has been the worst company to deal with.From telling blatant lies to a bad attitude on the phone and email. I had to cancel one order to order it again and went through the same process. I still haven't received my items, I would add the email reply this is because I dont have a safe place and the driver cant walk up a few stairs unfortunatelythere isnt a option for me to attach. I will be sending my ring door bell footage into Amazon today. Avoid this company at all costs. I told them I would wait with no review to receive more lies back that I was not home, im disabled I dont leave the house.

I returned an unopened not fit for purpose item and they denied receiving it, even though a nicer member of staff did not deny it was there. They were not happy as they thought their product was fit for purpose and simply were not prepared to admit it wasn't. Very poor customer service.

Wow! What incredible service! My items were delivered the next day and are absolutely brilliant. I can't fault!

Terrible. The cord we purchased through Amazon was not suitable- we sent it back unopened, in original packaging. 30+ messages later we still have not had a refund- do not buy from this company- you have been warned- if it goes wrong you are on your own!!

Over a week passed without the item arriving. Two emails from me later they finally responded to say the courier had lost the package and would I like a refund. After I said I still wanted the item, the next thing I'm told is I must have a refund because apparently they never even had the item in stock in the first place. So I guess the courier hadn't lost it...

Bit of a shambles, really.
