Owners working with Travel Chapter
We have been happy to work with Suffolk Secrets/Holiday Cottages for 5 years. Our Homeowner Account Manager, Hannah Keeble, is on hand to give us her guidance and support and handles our account in an efficient and professional manner acting as a liaison with the housekeeping team. Our property is advertised widely by Travel Chapter affiliates and has been well occupied by contented and repeat guests.

Delighted with the help
I am delighted with the help and support Sophie Young gave me in helping me to decide to get onboard with Travel Chapter. She answered my numerous questions and was very helpful. Once I had signed up the process of listing my properties was straightforward and I was soon aware of my account manager – Anna who is now overseeing my account. Great experience with Travel Chapter
Holiday Cottages (Travel Chapter) have been excellent in helping us set up our new property. We have used them before and had nothing but good things to say about our previous experience. Our new venture went live last July and we have had very good advice from our property manager and all the staff we have been in contact with. The main thing is we have got most weeks booked already up to September and one for next New Year.

Travel Chapter Our Agents
We have been with this agency since the early days of Suffolk Secrets. It is a difficult time at present in the Hospitality business. Our journey has been good since appointing them to advertise our business, it has to be said that this is mainly due to Hannah Keeble our Manager and first link with Travel Chapter.
Hannah works tirelessly to support us throughout our bookings and planning for the Season. For this reason I have no hesitation in recommending Travel Chapter.

Assistance with finding occasional change-over help
I needed to find someone to help and do the change-over in my holiday barn and Darren Williams was very helpful and quick in coming up with a suggestion. I haven't needed to contact him very often but he has always been willing and pleasant.

Fantastic company from start to finish. We had some knowledge of holiday Lettings, but the team really helped us look at things we haven’t thought of before and I can honestly say the whole process has been seamless. Would highly recommend.

We have used Travel Chapter (previously Cornish Horizons) for many years and have been very happy with their service. Annabel Leach did a great job onboarding our two properties in Porthleven, Cornwall with her extensive knowledge.

First Holiday Let
After considering Travel Chapter for our first cottage rental, they were quickly on the job and sent an agent around to inspect the property (pre refurb) and give valuable advice on how to proceed. The process was explained in detail and if there were any problems along the way, they would be there to assist. What was thought to be a daunting task was made easy by their professional advice and the whole process of getting on to the holiday let market was a breeze. Thank you.

Superb Property Manager
As a holiday cottage owner I am very satisfied with the level of support from my Property Manager Stephen. He is extremely professional, quick to respond to queries and attentive, as well as understanding what matters to small business owners in this industry. He takes time to check in and make sure everything is running smoothly and I feel very confident that he would tackle any issue, no matter how small or complex.

Great experience getting our cottage online
Some friends of ours recommended The Travel Chapter to us as they had been letting their three properties successfully with the company for several years.
When we contacted the company, an appointment was made for us to meet with Samuel Knight. Throughout the whole process of getting our cottage online, Samuel has been brilliant and it has been such a pleasure meeting him and corresponding with him! He’s made the process really easy, given us rental figures that we are happy with, provided information and answers to all of our questions promptly, he hasn’t rushed us into making a decision and he has worked with us with regards to the period of time the cottage is let for this year.
