Travelgates UK Omdömen

Megan was efficient and very helpful. I would recommend both Megan and Travelgates UK for any holiday queries.

Joanna Reid was brilliant from start to finish even if we missed some tickets that got sold out. Very informative and responded quickly through the whole process. Thanks for your assistance. Now let’s hope the holiday is brilliant

Susan Parker of Travel Gates Uk was tremendous all through my Sri Lankan holiday, she was kind and caring and on hand almost 24/7 helping me through what ever queries or concerns I had. It was like she was on holiday with me !! I could not have asked for a better experience than with Susan. I have already booked my next holiday with Travel Gates Uk with Susan and I am so excited about my Tanzania and Zanzibar holiday coming up in March 2027.
Thank you so very much Susan for everything, you have been a gem x ❤

Natasha was fantastic from start to finished found the best possible deal for my family

I saw an ad on social media and I enquired about skiing in Bulgaria, Natalie got in touch with me and asked me general questions in regards to what kind of package I wanted, I gave her the details and she came back with different options. She was courteous, great manners, non pushy and friendly, great asset to your team when helping a stranger find a holiday.

I love to travel and cruise but as a solo traveller I’m finding it more and more expensive I recently saw an offer on Facebook to the Caribbean with MSC America and contacted Travel Gates UK
All the staff have been very helpful especially Megan who finally sorted my Cruise and itinerary out she has done an amazing job and I’m hoping she can sort all my future trips out for me Hassle free
Megan went above and beyond to find me the best deal and sorted the perfect cruise
Thankyou Megan

I found Joanna Reid to be very responsive, informative and helpful when looking at a trip we had seen online. Always polite. However our plans changed and we didn’t get to follow through with the itinerary. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Joanna again if we needed help organising and booking another trip. So refreshing to have an articulate and polite exchange even when I advised the we would no longer need the services due to circumstances.

We had a fantastic break organised by Hannah at Travel Gates. Excellent communication and all went according to plan. Prague was amazing and the hotel Hannah booked was excellent. Will be booking again.

Maria Smith was my travel advisor and was immensely helpful. She helped me organise a trip for my husbands 60th birthday. I asked for lots of changes and upgrades to suit what we wanted and Maria responded with patience and gave me the best options available. Thank you so much for your help. 😍

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Easy process
Timely replies and professional
Susan Parker was extremely good and helped us get a great holiday booked

Couldn’t have asked for a better advisor. Janet helped so much, altering this and that to give the best possible price with all the requirements we needed.
100% will use this company again, nothing was too much trouble 🙂

Very positive experience with this company. Veronica was quick answering my queries and questions and kept the holiday within the budget we wanted. Thank you.

Megan was very thorough finding the ideal trip to meet my needs, she was very quick to reply to every message and it was over £130 cheaper than another quote I received for the exact same trip. Thank you very much.

We made a booking with Hannah a couple of months back but I wanted to make an amendment.
Hannah was as helpful second time around, if not more, and nothing was too much trouble. I had a lot of questions and queries and Hannah responded and updated in a timely manner and has been incredibly helpful.
Highly recommended.

Ashley was extremely helpful with assisting us to make arrangements for a holiday in Istanbul. With timely replies and alternative suggestions, he was very accommodating 😊

Grace was absolutely amazing at tailoring my request for quotes for a holiday.
Straight and to the point with precise questions and giving clear precise answers.
Would definitely recommend Grace, and hopefully will be able to use the information she gave in the future. Will be contacting her again for future Disney enquiries and holidays.

Hannah at Travelgate was absolutely brilliant! She found us the perfect deal for a family of 7 to Disneyland Paris. She answered every question we had and made sure we had all the information we needed. Her help and customer service were fantastic, and she made the whole process so much easier. Thank you, Hannah, for finding us such a great deal! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Megan had the mission of finding me a holiday . I knew exactly what I wanted and she was very patient with me . Unfortunately I had to put everything on hold but will definable come back to Megan when I am ready

Ashley was very knowledgeable and helpful, she was as so patient and took her time to assist me on what I wanted. I would 100% recommend. I was concerned as never booked a holiday through WhatsApp before but it was seem less. 10/10

We have just booked a trip next year to Istanbul & Cappadocia. Joanna Reid was amazing. She was so helpful & extremely patient as we had to make several changes. Joanna went above & beyond & nothing was too much trouble. We are planning a few trips next year so will definitely be contacting Joanna again.
