She helped us plan what will be a truly unforgettable family cruise to celebrate my 40th birthday in July 2027.

We knew we wanted a cruise for next year to celebrate big birthdays and exam results. I reached out to a few companies with ideas in kind and Sophia replied. I asked many questions and made many changes along the way but she never pressured me to make a decision, gave me lots of choices and accommodated me as much as she could. I’ve been dealing with a lady called Julie. She has gone over and above to accommodate us on a trip. Tanzia and Zanzibar looks amazing. She came up with a fabulous itinerary. Highly recommend

I was planning a trip to Istanbul and Cappadocia and Joanna was incredibly helpful. Very quick to reply to questions and make suggestions also.
Sadly we decided that out ideal trip required more time so we will revist it next year hopefully and I will be sure to seek Joannas help again.

Just Booked 10 nights to Zanzibar with Safari. Julie was extremely patient with me never once rushed me into a holiday when I finally found a hotel Julie went through everything with me to make sure I was happy before I moved on to booking with her Big shout out for Julie amazing

Grace was very helpful with me organizing our cruise to Miami/bahamas, she gave me lots of ideas and no question was too big, she was very patient as I do ask a lot of questions (sorry about that) and explained everything to me, grace made booking our holiday a stress free experience and her customer service has been brilliant. Will definitely be back in contact to book the next holiday, thankyou

We booked a cruise to the far east with this company with travel consultant Deborah Williams for October 2026. They took a £600 deposit in April and told us that we would not have to pay anything until the end of May.
They then decided to changed our flights to travel with Emirates which we had already told them we did not want to as our insurance wouldn't cover us as the FCDO tells you not to go there. This then lead to a whole barrage of emails back and forth. Goal posts getting moved all the time.
When we said to cancel this holiday as it was not what was 1st disgust they then said they would change our flights back to KLM but we needed to pay another £2,300 right there and then to keep the booking. Again we told them to cancel as there was too many things that didn't seem right and they then told us we would have to pay £1,200 to cancel.
After phoning and emailing on several occaisions we had to just ignore further communication as they would just not listen to us and constantly badgered us for money.
We took this up with our bank as we had paid the £600 with credit card. We have just received this back. Check, Check and Double check everything if you book with this company. What should have been a holiday of a lifetime turned into one stressful nightmare.
