We wanted a bucket trip to Japan. Maria answered our enquiry and from the first message she has been wonderful and super patient. We changed the itinerary and timings and added things on and every time she amended and sorted for us. She has been excellent. We can’t wait for our trip and hope it goes as smoothly as our booking experience. We will be back. Thank you Maria 😊

I used Travel Gate to book a trip to Milan, with 2 experiences to St Moritz and Lake Come. Joanna was very helpful from the beginning. She answered all my questions and gave great advice.

Just recently booked for Turkey next year, the whole adventure and trips at both Istanbul and Cappadocia have been sorted.
Susan Parker has been so good, friendly, quick response, regular information updates and advice on travel plans. Been really helpful.

Booked a very exciting trip to Istanbul and Capadoccia! Tracy Trekker was AMAZING. I must have changed my mind about a hundred times as couldn’t get the correct flights, hotel and price etc. Tracy was so patient & understanding AND managed to get our trip sorted out with the most incredible hotels as well as a wonderful hot balloon flight over Capadoccia with a glass of bubbly afterwards 💝🥳💝thank you so much.

We were recommended by a friend as we were looking for a special customised trip to Turkey. We dealt with Susan Parker and she tailored the trip and answered our queries speedily and efficiently and we found the the overall cost of our trip very much value for money.

Great booking experience.
Susan P was very helpful throughout the planning process for a fully customised, private trip to Turkey, initially sending options via WhatsApp, then emailing the full itinerary for ease of reviewing with my partner. She listened to the small changes we requested (mainly regarding transfer/travel options) and was mindful of our request to have a good variety of activities planned in as we are not beach-bunnies.
All correspondence was completed in a timely manner and felt friendly.
Would definitely recommend 😊

I have been searching days and days for the best deal to surprise my 10 year old son with a trip to Disneyland Paris. I decided to try Travelgates UK as was getting frustrated searching all avenues for the best deal.

Cannot recommend her highly enough

Brilliant service by Susan Parker at Travelgates. Nothing is too much trouble and she gets back to you quickly with queries.

hannah spent time refining our holiday until it gave us what we had in mind

We were a party of 9, 7 adults and 2 children. Joanna done a fantastic job of organising our trip to milan ,Venice, and vienna. She kept in touch at each place, the transfer company's she booked for us were top notch.the hotels were lovely no problems with them what so ever. The trips out to the Swiss alps on the Bernina train, and to watch glass blowing and lace making demonstrations were great.
The only thing I would say is that the flight out could of been earlier may be the morning as you loose a hole day of your holiday then same going home but need to go home later in the day. Apart from that we had a fantastic time, and really recommend travel gates for your holiday.

I've had the most amazing day, booking this once in a lifetime holidaywith Maria, she was so helpful, covered all my tick list.
