Had a problem with Travelcation website but it was resolved with Steve's help
I had a glitch when I first tried to book my flight on Travelcation and was not able to complete my booking. I called Travelcation, but did not get through. Steve then called me back and helped complete my booking while staying on the phone. He got my flights confirmed and was very polite, professional and thorough.

After booking through Google Flights, I was contacted by Oliver Smith who asked for copies of my driver license and credit card. I later received email confirmation that the flights were booked, and my credit card was charged for the agreed upon amount. Oliver contacted me again and remained on the line while I prepared this review.

They found a better flight for me, and got me booked on it right away, saving me travel time and the hassle of checking my luggage in at multiple airports. So grateful for this service!

Bait and switch!
I tried to book two first class tickets to Paris that were offered at a fantastic price. After entering all my information including credit card and pushing the pay button, I received a notice to say the booking was unconfirmed. Shortly after that, I received notice that the exact same flights were offered at almost $2,000 more. Total bait and switch scam. Would not recommend booking with travelcation.

We understand that the tickets were open however not paid as it may happen due to one of the following reasons. The card may have not been verified at that time as it undergoes the verification process for security reasons \ may be bank did not authorize the transaction due to suspicious activity. You have been contacted by our team and we wanted to offer the same price that you have reserved the seats however it was brought to our notice that you have already made the reservation and hence as requested the booking was not confirmed.
