Travelcation and Bismillah tours US took $10500.00 for Umrah package. They cancel all my hotel and other reservation just a day before .I am going to take legal action agents both of the company . I have all the documents please very careful before you make any payment. Nick and Ali is the owner of this company

Great service from Adam vacations, Emma was a great help to me when I was traveling in a country where international calls were difficult and had an emergency where I had to change my travel plans and was unable to contact the agency to reschedule. She reached out to me numerous times and helped me throughout the change of my travel plan step by step. The service that I received from Miss Emma Smith was above and beyond my expectation. Marcus Wilber was my agent with Travelcation. I had to cancel a trip and I was going to be penalized 20 percent of the ticket price by the airlines to cancel the flight. Marcus worked dilligently to assist me with getting a full refund. He is to be commended for his hard work and now I know that Travelcation has not only the best prices on flights, but the best service too! Customer for life here.

I was connected with Marcus and he was helpful amidst the change on our itinerary. He stayed in contact even through the weekends and gave me timely updates. Also, He successfully delivered my request and even followed through after the fact. This is the definition of communication, and i loved the fact that they actually call you not just through emails! Amazing experience!

after making booking they will call saying fare changed and have to pay additional. its just another way of cheat . no to make booking here since its your time and energy waste

Was easy to book with online....but then out of no where someone called me and said they needed to charge me another 2000$ for the flights to book my seats, if i didn't pay the amount they would cancel the whole trip and only give a partial refund. I had suspicious charges on my card which i disputed as the total they billed did not add up to the total i was invoiced. took weeks to resolve and still had them threatening to cancel my trip a few days before departure.
