DO NOT buy airline ticket with them
Do not buy airline ticket with them. They will call you a few hours later and tell you you need to pay more if you want to hold the same flight. BAD BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Marcus’s amazing customer service
Marcus was very helpful. It felt like he was on my side. I booked my SAS air tickets in February to Denmark/ Faroe Islands. My trip is for 9th July 2023. So far, i have not received my visa.
Marcus spoke to SAS and got me a travel voucher. He also got me some more time to hold on to my reservation, just incase i get the visa before travel date.
Many thanks to Marcus for his help.
