I had a good experience with Patrick

I had a good experience with travelcation. My trip got interrupted by Covid. I had to reschedule my flight for a later date after Covid isolation. Patrick and his team was able to find another flight after a few days. I was happy with the service.

Bad service, terms confusing

I booked a flight from the US to Japan. I booked through this agency thinking they would be able to provide additional service. I needed to adjust my itinerary and was met with flat refusal. If I had booked directly with the airline, they would have made the change for me. My experience was worse than it would have been if I done everything myself, and I paid more. Terrible experience, do not recommend under any circumstances.

We understand that you are not happy with the inflexibility of the policies shared by the team. The ticket purchased was under discounted fare and hence it comes with restrictions from the airlines end. Most of the airline tickets are non-refundable, airline refunds/future credits are subject to airline fare rules, policies and procedures.
If the flexibility could have been offered by the airlines, we would have been happy to provide alternate options to you.

Good Price.

We got a good price what no airline could offer to us.
It was necesarry to have a call with travelcation because there was unfortunelly a price change but still very good and the help on phone was friendly and helpfull.
