They this company got me what I needed my flight wasn't available the first one that I booked but they got right back to me and let me rebook another flight it cost a little bit more but understandable you're very polite on the phone very considerate and I appreciate it

Would be best if they processed the tickets right away instead of waiting for the prices to go up and charge you the difference. I believe there are so many fake reviews here. Look at BBB rating. It's F. Look at Reddit and other social media ratings. It's rated SCAM. Call the airline to make sure all the tickets are present after since these guys make so much mistakes and you are the ones that have to pay for error.

While I appreciate Michelle and Thomas for their assistance with my issue, I must admit that the overall experience left me feeling disappointed. Despite their best efforts, the resolution I received ended up costing me more than I initially expected. I would like to be candid about my experience with another staff member, Moses. In my opinion, he lacked strong customer service skills, and his attitude toward finding solutions seemed less than positive. Additionally, I felt misled by some of the information he provided, which ultimately contributed to complications during my flight. I believe that transparency is crucial, and I hope that my feedback can help others make an informed decision.

When I realized that the name of my daughter was incorrect on eticket , I emailed Travelcation and within seconds, Philip, the travel agent replied and we were able to get on the phone and speak. He then, was able call airlines and make all the name changes before it was too late. He was very professional and made me feel at ease. Thank you Philip!

this company and the workers have always been good

While my initial efforts to work with this company were extremely frustrating with online booking efforts that could not get processed without explanation followed by phone calls that got dropped or were disconnected by Travelcation, I finally got to an agent named Aurelius who worked diligently to get the booking done for me including seat assignments, frequent flyer numbers. etc., double checking everything to be sure it was correct. It took hours of effort but we finally got ticketed on the flights we wanted. Their phone number came into my phone as "Suspected Spam" so their calls to me were getting blocked by my carrier Xfinity.
