Made a reservation via google flights

Made a reservation via google flights. Fare was cheaper by $1500 altogether for 4 tickets at this site. But all went smoothly and I got the cheaper price. Daisy White was great. Set everything up. Got my tickets within hours via email. Great job.

Easy booking!

Easy to navigate website, plus I got a call within 15 minutes of the booking to not only confirm my reservation, but to also let me know there was a cheaper itinerary if I changed my travel by a day (it didn't workout for my schedule).

Ticket purchase…

I recently purchased a ticket via travelcation and needed to call their customer care with a question because the initial confirmation email didn't include departure and arrival times. Aurelius was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Great experience!

I had a great experience with these guys. My boarding pass arrived in my inbox within about 3 minutes of my purchase. From start to finish the communication was amazing. They kept me updated about the status of my flight. They gave me a price that was lower than Google Flights, which I thought was great. I will definitely book with these guys again!

So far I have had a great experience

So far I have had a great experience. I used google flights to search for flights, then was presented with a number of options to book. Travelcation was first as the cheapest, but I had never heard of them so I was going to pay more with Travelocity. But then I figured google wouldn't use them if they were horrible. I received the confirmation email. After than I received a pdf itinerary and a phone call with the rep asking me to go through the details of the names and flight times dates etc. This is a level of service I had not received from Expedia and Travelocity in the past. I will update my experience after my vacation.

Worst experience I've had with a travel…

Worst experience I've had with a travel agency so far. Pretty much everything they promised was false. The quoted price was wrong; they called afterward to ask for more money. They were supposed to assign seats ahead of time, but they didn't. When I called, they promised they would and said they'd call me back, but they never did, and I ended up at the airport still with no assigned seats. They promised they'd take care of the seat assignment on the way back but still didn't and told me they'd call me back multiple times but never did. I will NEVER use them again.

Greetings from Travelcation!
Please be advised that the reservation was made online on 22 Jan'23 and one of our executives spoke with the airlines on 30 Mar'23 to get the seats assigned, however airlines informed that it could be assigned 52 hours prior the departure date. We contacted the airlines on 13 Apr'23 seats were pre-reserved for you for the flights from DFW-TLV-DFW and the confirmation of the same was sent to you on email by the executive.
The schedule change that occurred by the airlines end and hence Travelcation does not hold any authority to any changes that happens from the airlines end.

We understand that it may have been an inconvenience for you however Travelcation assisted with the seats accordingly and the airlines also offered you the alternative and as confirmed by them the flight was taken by all the passengers.
