When we booked the "one way" ticket online to Manila, we were quoted about $1,800 which was already expensive. We received a call that passport was needed and was provided. When the flight was being processed, the cost jumped to $2,200.70 for one way from San Francisco to Manila. Because the passenger had to leave, we did not have choice but to book it. My point - why would the airfare for ONE WAY TICKET jump by $400 dollars? This is bad customer service.

Booking process was easy. We received a follow up call after booking and selected our seats. So far, so good.

Kritik helped rectify a issue I had where the flight I originally booked was no longer available (the price increased and/or the dates of the flight was no longer available) forcing me to lose the booking. It took a couple of months until Travelcation reached out to me but once they did Kritik worked with me diligently to book a flight that worked for me. Thanks Kritik!

I booked my $1600+ trip to Europe, then I received a weird phone call from a Travelcation agent saying that my reservation couldn’t be confirmed and that for just $100 or so I could confirm my seats (I don’t remember the exact amount but something in that ballpark).
I travel often between Europe and the US for work, so I knew this call was BS. I asked to refund me the ticket and cancel my reservation immediately, at which point the agent said that he was going to take a loss and confirm my seats at the promised price.
I hate to argue on the phone and nobody is going to give me those 20 minutes of that awful phone call back, so I will stay clear of Travelcation in the future for all my trips

The booking process had multiple verification steps in the verification process which provided great security and reassurance. Robert Wood was able to answer my questions and help complete my flight booking verification, along with my airline flight details.

At first I was hesitant about Travelcation, when I heard my booked flights had been cancelled. But, Marcus at Travelcation helped resolve the issue. He got me new flights that were good enough and refunded some of the money I lost in the process. It wasn't ideal (my first flights were much better), but Marcus helped salvage what could have been a major disappointment.

Edward Hayes listened to what I needed, addressed my concerns, and answered my questions. I felted like a valued customer.

The web is very confusing and complicated. It needs to be improved.
