The tour van we took broke down and they didn't provide us another van to get home safely but instead left us stranded 2 hours from our hotel.

DO NOT USE VIETRAVEL.

BEWARE. Used twice, just as terrible experience both times. It’s a shame, this kind of company is what gives Vietnam a bad rep.
Will take extra money from you at every opportunity, worth paying the extra for a different airline.

I may be a tad premature in my assessment, but our journey is kicking off on a rather rocky note. I booked my ticket through their website and secured a seat reservation. However, upon attempting to perform an online check-in today, I encountered the following message: "Something Went Wrong During Check-In Systems Out of Sync: Check-In Unavailable." Let's hope this isn't a precursor to what's in store with the flight tomorrow!

These guys won't be around for long. Their customer service is jon existent. They threatened me with flight cancellation if I did not purchase a particular seat-which I could not do, because their website wasnt working. I requested cancellation and refund, as ticket was refundable - guess what? Not eligible they said.Fraudsters who would rob their own family I think

Terrible low cost airline also a rip offs. when I cancel my air ticket I just lost everythings not just my air fare but extra luggage fee, airport tax, fee and VAT. When ask Vietravel airlines to refun my airport tax, fee and VAT the airlines refused to do so. those tax, fee and VAT are when passenger using the airport facilities, security and other services, but when passenger cancel their ticket, tax, fee and VAT should have refuned to passenger. NOT RECOMMEND....

There’s a reason they will be the cheapest option when you search for a flight. I’ve flown dozens of airlines and VietTravel definitely ranks at the bottom. The type of airline has the “cheapest flight” because it charges for everything. Was half expecting to be charged a waiting in line fee. Unless you are traveling with the clothes on your back, pick another airline.

No delay fly 3x allready. Service good.

Traveling Southeast Asia, could not make the last leg of the trip. Went to redeem a refund well before the minimum required amount of time to make adjustments to a flight.

Provided information on booking,
Communication was in Vietnamese, had to message to get a response in English that had misguided information.

Do not travel with this airline.

Worst and worst flight by New pilot who haven't ever been experienced, please do not give your life to him. I'll try one more this plane if compensate 1million USD

THEY ARE THE MOST TERRIBLE AIRLINES.

They cancelled my round trip flight last minute. Did not offer any alternative flight bookings for the next 10 DAYSs. No help, and they refund policy is absolutely a SCAM! Do not use this airlines for any of your travels.

Save yourself time and money by booking elsewhere, they have cheap tickets but many hidden fees! Their customer service are very rude, you’re better off flying with someone else.

It was a totalt normal flight, boarding, check in was all ok!

I took a 1 and a half hour flight with this airline. Very uncomfortable. Limited leg space. Also my checked-in baggage was broken into by someone. Lock was ripped off and nowhere to be found, backpack was damaged. Luckily I had no valuables, but super sketchy behaviour. Would not recommend.

Bad airline, delays, changed my checked in seat

Apparently this is a small airline, so I checked with my hotel and a taxi driver about it's legitimacy. Both confirmed that the airline is small and new, but that it is an okay airline company.

Everything went well. The flight was on time, the crew was okay, and the price was good compared to our options for the date.

The online service for booking tickets isn't very user friendly, but it worked after a few tries. It's slow and feels a bit sketchy. That's pretty much the only complaint I have, otherwise it was a standard local airline experience for me.

Worst airline company. The call center doesn’t answer. They are not professional, flight delayed for hours. They ask to pay additional fees.

Take another company !

Every flight booked with them was cancelled and moved to next day. The worst airline I ever experienced

I can’t contact airlines and no one reply my email since yesterday.I went to counter but they told me that can’t change my flight in thai. This’s the worst service.By the way,there is no office in thai so you can’t contact with anyone.

Diese Airline ist eine reine Katastrophe. Unser Flug sollte um 21:35 gehen, wurde dann auf 00:10 verschoben, weil anscheinend zu wenige Gäste an Board wären und es sich nicht lohnen würde. Hunderte Menschen warten hier den ganzen Tag nur weil die Airline mehr Gäste ans Board sammeln möchte. Verspätungen von über 6h sind normal. Wer nicht andauernd aufgeschoben und den ganzen Tag am Gate warten möchte sollte möglichst einen großen Bogen um diese Airline machen.
