Extremely terrible,
Vietravel airline has changed my travel schedule on the last day. I have booked the flight at 23:00 PM but the airline changed to 10:00 AM. I think i will never book flights of Vietravel anymore. It's so awful nuisance.

0 Sterne können leider nicht vergeben werden. Hatten einen Flug um 8:10 Uhr von Da Nang nach Ho Chi Minh gebucht. Nach erscheinen am Flughafen hieß es dass der Flug aufgrund technischer Probleme erst um 14 Uhr stattfinden kann. Beim Check-in sollten wir zudem für unser bereits bezahltes Aufgabe Gepäck bezahlen, da dieses nicht im System der Airline gebucht war!! Ähnlich ging es zwei Australiern vor uns. Letztlich blieb uns nichts anders übrig als unser Gepäck erneut zu bezahlen. Soweit so gut. Zurück zum Flughafen, dort angekommen fand unser Flug - zwischenzeitlich auf 14:25 Uhr angesetzt - bisher nicht statt!! Ende der Geschichte ausstehend. Wer also eine zuverlässige Airline sucht lässt die Finger von dieser…nicht empfehlenswert!!

TERRIBLE!
I had to manage my booking and they just kept interrupting my calls ON PURPOSE or giving me wrong hotline numbers so now I basically lost all the money of my ticket. They are totally unprofessional and websites like this should be avoided. I had to trust the other reviews before booking anything with them!!!
3 up to 4 ladies I spoke to were totally unpolite, TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER IF YOU WANT TO WORK.

ps. I called them straight away after realizing my ticket was wrong, and it took me 1 hour to reach the right number because the numbers on the websites are just for tours, and not flight tickets.
I even called the airline company who (obviously) told me I should talk to Vietravel, but how am I supposed to talk to them if they are just not answering or interrupting my calls when I ask for details?
Vietravel, don't offer flight tickets if you just can't deal with customer service.

Viettravel đổi chính sách hành lý sang mua kiện thay vì mua số kg như mọi khi nhưng lại ko thông báo với khách hàng, chính sách áp dụng bắt buộc cho cả khách đã mua vé từ trước cả tháng trong khi chỉ nên áp dụng cho khách mua vé tính từ ngày chính sách thay đổi. Ép buộc khách phải mua thêm kiện hành lý dù ko cần thiết vì 2 phần hành lý của tôi vẫn chưa tới 20kg nhưng phải mua thêm hẳn 1 kiện 15kg nếu muốn gửi cả 2 kiện. Tôi chọn Viettravel cũng vì vấn đề hành lý ko phiền phức như Vn Airlines nhưng nay tôi thất vọng vô cùng.

Booked tickets through trip.com and even if you have the reference number you will not be able to manage your booking through their website. Flight was delayed for 4 hours, I requested to be on the next flight which is a 2 hour gap from my original flight time which got approved but then got delayed again. So it was a 3 hour flight delay. Most low cost airlines provide at least food in this case but no. Not with Vietravel. If you read any positive review then they are from the 5%. 95% of people who reviewed this airline had a negative experience so good luck to anyone booking with them! Ciao!

Hopeless. Were not even on plane at supposed time of departure.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I booked with them in 2023 with a group of friends, all of our flights were cancelled and changed last minute. We were rescheduled for 2 days later. This obviously didn't work for us, so we had to completely book new flights with different airlines. Some of us never received refunds.

Fast forward one year later 2024, I foolishly booked with them again thinking maybe it had been a one off. A day before my flight with them they change the time of the flight from 11.30pm to 3.35am. I tried to call the hotline to talk to them about this and the hotline doesn't work.

I have never flown with this company and yet I have had 2 rescheduled flights. Looking into it, they seem to do this alot and often it seems like the refunds are very difficult to get.

Never use this service. The worst airline I have ever booked with worldwide.

Honestly do yourself a favour and read all these reviews, this is a scam airline! Our flight was originally delayed for 5 hours, then changed by 2 DAYS! Then ultimately cancelled anyway. Thankfully the first sign of red flags we just contacted our bank and pulled the transaction and rebooked with Vietnam Airlines. We booked flights for the same day for only £20 more, just not worth the headache!

6hr delayed caused us to miss a departure flight. I received a notice of delay after I landed on the delayed flight...Don't book.

Never take this airline, they cancel or delay your flight without giving notice,they are dirty many cockroaches walking around on flight or at the airport and if you work for an international airport you should know how to speak some languages.

You are only allowed ONE carry-on per passenger. Not a bag and a small luggage like any other airline, one singular piece of luggage. If you have more than one, get ready to pay thru the nose, but only after waiting in two different lines. And the weight limit is 7kg. Oh, and bring cash, because they don’t have a card reader. Come early and get ready to stand in line and receive terrible customer service. Or even better, choose any other airline on this planet. 0.1/10.

5 hours of delay. No customer service. Poor service. If you want a good travel experience please avoid this airline.

I bought a ticket, and got a confirmation email with my ticket. Only when I came at the airport was I told my ticket was invalid because of trouble with the payment.
So I had to fork over twice what I originally was gonna pay for a ticket at the airport.

I booked 5 tickets with them through Trip.com
1 of our kids did not have a middle name listed on the ticket, so they asked me to buy a new ticket and the new ticket cost over $120, more than Vietjet & others. Vietnam Airlines and Vietjet have a little fee for Changing names. AirAsia has no fee. Other airlines will charge w a fee. Their customer service is the worst!!!

Extra luggage you have to pay for 55lbs no other choice. Got delayed for more than 2 hrs 05/31/2024 at 8:35pm, and changed gate.

After all Vietravel Airlines is more expensive than Vietnam Airlines and Vietjet.

Worst airline I've ever used, though I fly many times every year. I advise you to pay a little extra and choose any other airline. They only have 2 planes in their fleet, and there are more flights, so all their flights are constantly delayed and postponed many hours ahead. Our flight was postponed 3 times for a total of 12 hours: we were supposed to fly out in the evening, but ended up spending the night at the airport. The company did not provide any compensation, they only gave me a voucher for $10 for two, which can only be spent on their next flight, which of course will never happen again, so I threw it in the trash. By the way, the plane was creaking all over and seemed to be falling apart - it was very scary. I would rather walk than use this airline again. I don't recommend it to anyone!

We are on honeymoon and we had 2 flights on two different dates, both travelling from viettravel
Both times it hot delayed by 7-8 hours
We wasted two days sitting on airport for the while day

I was quite worried about flying with Vietravel Airlines after reading several negative reviews. However, my experience was entirely positive. The flight was on time, and the plane was clean and comfortable. I had no issues at all. For those considering flying with Vietravel Airlines, rest assured that everything went smoothly for me. I highly recommend this airline.
