From finding the car I wanted online to walking into the office then the service from Keith the service was great

Being over 200 miles away from Trade Price Car we were a bit dubious about purchasing a car without seeing it. Peter put our minds at ease and can I say he was spot on. Payed for the car on Friday delivered on the Saturday cannot fault the service highly recommend this company.

Absolutely in love with my new car from Trade Price Cars, the process couldn’t have been easier. The whole interaction was pressure free, I was given plenty of time to test drive the car and have some time alone with it to get a proper look! The standard of how the cars were finished particularly stood out, alloys immaculate, paintwork stunning and interior valeted to a very high standard and could tell from all the cars on the lot Trade Price Cars really do look after them. The finance process was simple and every step explained fully, on top of that the rates are also very competitive. Can’t thank Keith and Elliott enough for the help and answering any queries and keeping me updated during the finance and prep stages before collecting the car.

Furthermore, when an issue arose (not through Trade Price Cars fault) with my new car, Tom in the workshop handling the aftercare couldn’t have been better. Car was in and diagnosed, fixed and was ready to go just a few days later. The 6 month RAC warranty Trade Price offers with every car really came in handy and the aftercare was a completely hassle free and stress free experience. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Will be recommending to all friends and family, thanks again Trade Price Cars!

I had the most amazing experience at trade price cars. After getting my old car written off and being in a rush to get a new one the whole team helped me go through every option in budget and went out of their way to make sure I get my dream car. Scott managed to find me something I hadn't even thought of and is now my new pride and joy even under budget so highly recommended trade price cars, they really want what's best for the customer.

Over the years I have brought lots if cars from lots of different traders. I have to say these the guys at Trade Price Cars were amazing. I don't think I have ever had such a good experience when buying a car. Scott, who we dealt with initially made us feel very welcome, was super professional and friendly and knew what he was talking about. I was buying the car for my wife who is very fussy. Scott never got frustrated or fed up but just kept on looking until he found the right car for her.
When we went in to buy the car we have now, Scott was busy so we dealt with Ian who again was very friendly and very professional. All in all a pleasurable experience and customer service exactly as it should be, which you don't really get now days. I would highly recommend these guys and we will be recommending them to our friends and family.

Not the best experience.

Firstly when I arrived after given a weeks notice and advising I am looking to take the car home the same day. The grille on the car was completely broken and this was apparently not noticed during the car being serviced, MOT, and cleaned. They did replace the grille and deliver the car a week later free of charge however I had to keep chasing to be made aware of when the car was driving and I found out with less than a days notice.

Secondly, when the car arrived with the new grille it included the chrome badge instead of the black badge that should have been there. This was originally not an issue as they advised they had the black badge and would send it out, however it’s been 3 weeks and the badge hasn’t arrived.

Frustrating as all the issues could have very easily been avoided and this would have made it a pleasant experience.

This is the second car I have bought from these guys and the service remains second to none. Good quality car, really what I was looking for. It had only just arrived and not even prepped but still ready in under a week.

Great communication all the way and a big thank you to Pete who looked after us well, will be back in the new year for my wife’s car.
