Auswahl war riesig, gute Hinweise auch im Sale. Rabattcode von alleine angeboten, musste man nicht suchen rauskopieren oder so.

I'm extremely disappointed with Tommy Hilfiger! I placed my order on the 28th November. I received a notification of my order being completed and then nothing for over 10 days. On the 11th December I started panicking thinking where was my order. When I tried to track it down it said it reached Midlands main hub on the 2nd December. I tried to contact Tommy Hilfiger over the phone and by sending emails just to figure out why my parcel was stuck at the hub and when it would finally be delivered but I wasn't successful. For three days I rang the contact number provided waiting for 45 minutes listening to the stupid music about the devil with no response. I sent a couple of emails only to get a generic reply saying their team would be in touch. Still no response. Eventually I contacted Royal Mail and they told me my order had got lost and I should ask for a refund. That parcel contained Christmas gifts for my mum and my sister and only on the 22nd December I finally got an email saying they'd refund my money. I didn't want a refund! I wanted them to send the items I originally bought as Christmas gifts during Black Friday event. As a result I was left without any presents for my family 2 days before Christmas. Those items are no longer available at a reduced price and the way the company kept ignoring my emails and being very rude and isolated made me very disappointed in their customer service. As much as I used to buy a lot from this company I no longer wish to remain their customer as they don't care about their service or helping out when there's a problem! Absolutely unacceptable from a well known brand!!!!
So I wouldn't recommend to order anything from them and I certainly won't be ordering myself.

Die Jacke, die ich erst vor einer Woche gekauft habe, verliert bereits Fasern, und als ich sie umtauschen wollte, wurde sie nicht zurückgenommen. Das arrogante Auftreten der Kassiererin war ein weiteres Problem.
Bei solchen Markenprodukten gilt immer eine Garantie von etwa 90 Tagen, die üblicherweise unten auf dem Kassenbon abgedruckt ist.

Ich habe cremefarbene Jeans in meiner Größe bestellt. Die Jeans ist an der Taille zu weit und im Schrittbereich extrem unbequem. Der Stoff ist steif und unelastisch. Natürlich habe ich die Rückgabefrist verpasst, daher leider hängt sie jetzt ungenutzt in meinem Schrank.

Schoenen gekocht september 2025, na een kleine 2 maanden gebruik begint hetgeen ze leer noemen te scheuren en bubbelen. Claim op ruil is afgewezen doordat het slijtage zou moeten voorstellen. Heb ze zo'n 10-12 keer gedragen met 8000 stappen per dag. Kwaliteit ronduit bagger, idem hun oplossing.

Bought Tommy Hilfiger jeans at the Parndorf outlet. They ripped completely after just ONE wash and one wear. Loose threads were visible from the start, so it was clearly a defective pair. Tried to return them, but the store refused because a tax refund form had been issued, even though I never collected it. For €100, this is completely unacceptable.

My item arrived just in time for Christmas and if I did not need it I would have refused delivery. The condition the parcel arrived in was shocking. It was battered, torn, dirty, squished and the item of clothing exposed. It was as if my parcel had been used as a football. I expected better of this company.

J’ai passé une commande sur le site Tommy Hilfiger en décembre et j’ai payé 12,95 € pour une livraison UPS Express Saver afin d’être sûre que le cadeau arrive pour Noël.

Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise de constater que mon colis avait finalement été expédié en UPS Standard, sans aucune explication ni excuses de la part de la marque.

J’ai dû moi-même voir avec le chat pour comprendre ce qui s’était passé et venir “quémander” le remboursement des frais de livraison.

De plus, on m'annonce que je dois attendre de recevoir le colis avant de devoir à nouveau les recontacter (moi-même bien entendu) pour demander le remboursement des frais de livraison : c'est complètement lunaire.

Le suivi indique maintenant une livraison après Noël, ce qui est totalement inacceptable pour un service Express payé et pour un cadeau destiné à être reçu à temps.

En résumé : produit peut-être de qualité, mais service client et livraison totalement médiocres. Je ne commanderai plus jamais sur leur site.

I was expecting the parcel to be delivered to my home address.
I have now received an email stating that due to me not collecting it from the collection point it has now been returned, and I will eventually get a refund. I’m more than angry, as this was a Xmas gift!
I will definitely not be shopping here again.

I ordered 2 Women’s sweaters from Tommy.com and upon ordering I realized that the wrong sizes had been ordered. I called customer service and had a customer service representative successfully edit my order. Within 10 minutes of the call. I received an email that the order had been cancelled. I telephoned the company again and was on the phone for nearly 30 minutes with a representative who really bent over backwards to assist me. She placed my order again and assured me that the items I ordered were in stock. She also gave me a 15% disconnect for my troubles. This morning I woke up and checked my emails and discovered this order had also been cancelled. 😡 The reason for cancellation was unavailability. I should have read the reviews prior to placing my order. I will never do business with this website again and I strongly suggest that anyone interested in making purchases find a store that carries Tommy apparel. I will admit that both representatives were polite and professional. Tommy hasn’t lost my business but his website needs reform.

Very disappointed with Tommy Hilfiger. My Christmas gift order arrived completely wrong, and the customer service number didn’t work. Returning it is inconvenient, and by the time I could, it was too late. Very unprofessional experience – I won’t be ordering from them again.

As normal I got what I ordered at a decent price, Quality is spot on for me personally albeit I haven't yet opened my last order as yet, Have to say that I personally haven't had any issues whatsoever, Thank you.
