I buy Tommy Hilfiger clothing from John Lewis, House of Fraser and direct from Tommy Hilfigers website and I am always delighted with my purchase, and it comes quickly.

I’ve been buying TH for years and from my experience the quality of the clothes has deteriorated. The t-shirt was so flimsy and thin you could see the light through the holes in the material, the fleece zip was flimsy and struggled to undo it on arrival, and it did not look great either, like it had faded a bit already. Not what I was expecting for a boy’s £75 fleece. The 7 year old’s t-shirt I bought looked fit for a 3 year old (no mention of it being cropped on the website and didn’t look it in photos). Waited ages for the order only to have to send the whole lot back. Really disappointing for the brand.

Il capo ricevuto era chiaramente già usato: emanava un forte odore di sudore, presentava evidenti macchie di deodorante e, nel complesso, le condizioni erano pessime. È inaccettabile ricevere un articolo in questo stato, soprattutto considerando il prezzo elevato.

Mi aspettavo un prodotto nuovo, pulito e ben confezionato, non qualcosa che sembra essere stato indossato più volte. Questa situazione dimostra una totale mancanza di controllo qualità e rispetto verso il cliente.

Assolutamente sconsiglia.

I ordered a bag, but it arrived without the strap. This was a huge mistake and a massive waste of time. How is it possible to sell a bag and then not include its strap? Such carelessness is completely unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied with this service.

Deuxième commande sur TH.Com. Les produits TH sont de très bonne qualité. Cependant, imposer une autre adresse de livraison que celle choisie initialement est tout simplement inacceptable et fait baisser la note de mon expérience. Dommage !
