Absolute joke of a company, they will promise you the world and then give you a video you could have made for yourself in 5 minutes.

Paid $3,000 for Marketing Services — No Results, No Refund

I signed a contract with TokMedia Enterprises LLC in October 2024 and paid $3,000 upfront through Affirm for influencer marketing, ad management, and content creation.

After almost a year, no ad campaigns were ever run, and only 5 low-quality, homemade videos were delivered — even though the agreement called for 10 influencer videos. I was also required to provide my own product and pay shipping, which cost hundreds of dollars, and the videos I received misrepresented the product.

When I asked for a refund, I was repeatedly told to “book another call” instead of receiving any written response or solution. Despite months of promises, no refund, no measurable results, and no accountability were ever provided.

I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Florida and Montana Attorneys General.

I strongly recommend researching TokMedia reviews on Reddit and BBB complaints before signing any agreement

I love being on TikTok, its the only app im currently using! When I wake upp to the time I sleep, am always watching! I would recommend it for everyone!

This group has exceeded my expectations. They operate with focus and professionalism. If you’re needing business marketing they’re the type of partner you’ll want in your corner. Scam company. I paid them thousands of dollars and did not get a penny in revenue from it, the craziest part is it actually put me out of business. Stay as far away from this company as possible. They drag their feet and when you ask them to be thorough and productive because you spent a lot of money with them they meet you with opposition. When you complain about having no return after a half a year and no leads, they just run you in circles. Poor business methods and if I were you I would read thru all the 1 star reviews and just take your business elsewhere. Hopefully this helps someone else save thousands of dollars and a lot of time and headache. It is a shame that companies like this are even willing to do these types of things to hard working business owners. I’ve over and over requested a refund and they refuse.

I don't think this is even a real company from what I've seen. They ask for your money after promising you leads and will help you get more business by making videos and add to put on social media. Shortly after they will ask you again for more money even though 0 results have come from there end. They are a scam company and take advantage of honest people that are trying to provide for there families. Save yourself some time and money and stay far away from this "company" if you can even call it that. Also they want 10% of gross profit if you were to ever even make any money with them (which you will not) 1000$ a month to keep there services and it's all a lie.

I was happy to be taken care of

This company took my initial money, made numerous promises and assurances and then failed to deliver on every single one of them. They consistently asked for feedback and never bothered to integrate any of suggestions or address my serious concerns. I even had to rewrite entire scripts that were factually wrong only to have them apologize for sending the wrong script. That was followed by apologies for sending the "wrong video." When I scheduled multiple calls to get a resolution, they either did not show up or claimed they would address my concerns only to go silent again. After being assured a resolution for months, they have not just gone silent.

Amazing relationship so far. I originally signed up with Dustin. He was extremely professional and responsive which I can always appreciate. From there, the process began and mostly everything was smooth as can be. Went ahead and had videos made which I really liked as well. We've been getting a lot of good leads so starting to grow nice and consistently. Nothing bad to say. Tokmedia is all around really solid

They are the Real Deal. Kyle and Vlad did exactly what they said they would do. My numbers and conversions are up 74%. Looking forward to the results as we continue to grow. Highly recommend them!!! Keep it up guys!!!!

Anyone looking at reviews is probably thinking of signing on with them. I was in your position a few months ago. I realized every company I spoke to had some negative reviews. Always scared me off.

When I spoke with tokmedia and found out they get paid on results, it made me finally take the leap of faith and sign someone on. I’m very, very glad I did.

They have treated me so carefully and we have grown in business every month since signing with them.

So to any business out there, work with this team IF you like them and who you spoke to. Don’t let any outside factors stop you. Because that’s what I did for years and I wish I didn’t wait this long.

Horrible experience.. They make promises and don’t deliver. I feel completely scammed out of thousands of dollars. Comments are turned off on socials which makes sense because if they had them on then a lot more people wouldn’t experience what me and the rest of the one star reviews have gone through. Please be diligent and please do your research. As a small business the funds lost using this service has had a major impact.
