As a business owner, I was completely overwhelmed and not sure where to start. I have received fabulous support from this team. They have guided me through the process with great patience and professionalism. I am very pleased with the result. Thank you!

Started with them on April 16, 2024. As soon as I paid the $3,000 initiation, the problems began. Ads seemed like something a 5 year old could create on Imovie. My titkok ad account got suspended. A lot of discrepancies between the person who onboarded me and the “team” I was actually working with. Was told leads would cost about $20 each. Burned through $100 and did not get a single one. Their response was for me to just add more funds. It was obvious that their terrible ads were not getting us anywhere, so I decided to just stop working with them. Do not recommend this agency.

Elias has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is exceptionally clever, sharp, and open-minded. He has helped me in garnering new ideas and setting me on the right path for my business moving forward. If you are looking for effective business consulting, Elias is the person to work with.

Elias is my ads manager and he has helped me waaaaaay beyond what I had planned in the beginning. He has heard me. He is sooo smart!! He has ideas for every aspect of what I throw at him and my favorite part as been his honesty. My other favorite part of working with Elias is the above and beyond understanding and working with me thats best for my schedule and learning needs. He has made videos and just been amazing!!! I am so glad I started working with Elias at Tok media!!!!!!!!

Working with Elias has been a smooth process. He is very well spoken, intelligent and knows his stuff. I highly recommend him and Tok Media

My experience has been super helpful and hands on and i’ve really been able to grasp the process. I’m super glad with where my business and I are going.

Elias Davis is exceptional with coaching and mentoring me and my new online business. This is one of the best experiences that I have had with setting up my online store. He has extended himself generously. He is trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable and forthright in guiding and assisting me with this process. I highly recommend his services to you. - Jeramiah AZ

Elias Davis is a great coach. He walks me through the process and let's me know what new ideas he has and keeps me posted at all times. Elias is an amazing coach. I would refer him to anyone who may need to start their business.

Fantastic experience so far with the tokmedia team. I started working with them middle of Jan, this year. The starting process was very easy - they handled most of it.

I had my videos done and produced in about a week. The quality was very good. They matched the vision I had in mind quite perfectly.

Now, we are continuing to scale. Trying to ensure I have enough staff to handle the volume (which of course is a great problem to have).

The entire team, especially Kate, has been extremely helpful and patient with me.

I've worked with 4 agencies now. This is the only one I would recommend to anyone! 10/10

I had an interaction with their employee who came across incredibly rude and condescending. My earlier review was removed as it contained the name of the employee and the company flagged it.

They told me they didn’t want to waste their time. Not sure if it was pressure tactics or their way of dealing with clients, but it felts like they were trying to humiliate me by claiming I shouldn’t talk to them unless I was a high net individual. Somehow it felt degrading and demeaning.

Love working with the team at TokMedia. Professional, and they do exactly what they say. The video production team clearly knows what they are doing and the last missing piece of my business was high quality content. That mixed with TikTok as the vehicle, my business has grown significantly.

Do your homework before signing with anyone making promises. Personally, did not like their sales approach and promises.

I like them! They are friendly and good at communicating and listening; They know what they are doing. I feel the pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies I interviewed. They go over and above and I have recommended them to colleagues. They meet me where I'm at and I'm just a small one-person show at the moment.

Amazing honestly. I feel like I’m finally working with people that dont just treat me like another stream of income they actually care about what they are doing.

This company is amazing and has contributed so much to the growth of our business and we don’t know where we would be without them. They take us step by step through the process ensuring our success

We get on a call with Elias twice a week and he helps us do everything he can to make sure we are getting up and running or making money. He is very helpful and will do anything to help us!

So Instead of your typical here is a video do XYZ this and a bunch of upsell this company truly works with there clients. Before working with tokmidia.com I had little0 to no experience when it came to social marketing, now because of them I feel I can tackle any product I sell going forward. I highly recommend this company if you are having a hard time navigating the algorithm that is ticktock, defiantly worth the price

We always have help and some one to talk to about our work 24/7. He treats our struggles we have in the company like they are his own and tries to fix them as soon as possible! We have made more progress then I have every thought we would with just little amount of time.

Elias has been great. Hios knowledge in videos, marketing & scripts is amazing to say the least. I thought I knew a lot in how to do videos to market myself but I really was doing it wrong. Elias on the first day really helped me and guided me on what I needed to do to do everything right

Initially it wasn’t going well because the original person designated to help us was not helpful or available. However, once it switched to being with Elias, things turned around. Elias is very helpful and quick at responding to messages and questions. He gives helpful insight about how social media posts should be and he even helped me set up my google ad. I think TokMedia is a very beneficial company.
