This is a scam. They use gmail addresses, over promise everything and under deliver. They claim high quality videos, but they’re next to garbage. Don’t even bother.

We found TokMedia through TikTok ads. It has been since June we on boarded them to help us grow with lead generation in our exotic car rental agency and bring more revenue. They have been really helpful and we will continue to use them to grow online.

I initially discovered Tokmedia through their TikTok ad. Their targeting clearly works and caught me at a good time. I’m always looking for new ways of generating leads so booked an initial call. After working with these guys for 4 months now, I can confidently say I’m extremely impressed in their ability to filter me qualified leads. They’ve been professional throughout the process, produced great content, and we’ve steadily increased sales every month. Very happy so far thanks to the team !

Came to these guys from a Tik Tok ad they ran about not charging unless you make money with their marketing. Paid them the initial 3K (which is charging by the way), not a lot and was willing to see if the campaign was successful. They told me (probaby a line) that they only select companies that have a high priced service to offer, so we started with the campaign.

They weren't always responsive and use Slack to communicate which I didn't really enjoy because I kept getting excuses such as "I've been in meetings all day" as to why I didn't hear from them quicker when I had a question I needed answered.

So we did the campaign, and my cost per "lead" was about $16.00, which doesn't feel that bad or expensive. The real problem is that even though the prospective customer is giving their name, phone number, and email, you can only reach about 10% of them, which translates the cost per actual lead to $160.00, which is a ridiculous and unsustainable cost to POTENTIALLY acquire a customer, something I'm sure these guys are well versed in but of course don't warn you of this FACT before you start spending.

My advice to anyone reading this or considering marketing with this company, or any other, is beware of companies that have all high ratings and low ratings, because the high ratings can be purchased while the low ratings are more indicative of the type of service and company you're dealing with.

Marketing is very fishy and a lot of sizzle and very little steak, so beware and do you diligence on both the company and proposition and spend very little until you have proven results and revenue to show for your spend.

New to the program, however so far so good. Ads created and videos created are generating income, professional staff. Definitely start here with marketing!

Started working with them in late October. Took them until December to get ads up and running. Lied to us about putting in $1500 in ad spend and in a month tiktok would match it.

Paid them 3k for mediocre videos with one lead generated in our 1500 first paid ad spend. They finally got back to me that $1500 wasn’t going to happen and that was it.

No apologies for lying about it or any ownership of their poor work. We cut our losses.
