Coming here to express my appreciate to the tokmedia team. As I logged on to this website, I read a lot of reviews. Heavy majority were positive which I expected. I read all reviews on 3 different companies before choosing tokmedia. My point here is nobody is going to be perfect. If there’s a 90% chance this makes you a lot of money, then it makes sense. If you’re not confident in your business then it doesn’t make sense. These guys (and girls) have been amazing. We’ll probably hit 120k in revenue this month. Top tier service. Communication is solid. That’s my advice. Best of luck to anyone reading. 10/10

Good service, started off slow but things started picking up now. overall Solid service.

I started with ToKMedia in July 2023. Paid the initial $3,000 initiation fee. We started the lead generation early August with 3 great videos. The leads where flying in daily. Within the first 4-6 week I already got the intital investment back. Now (December 2023) I 4x my sales and the sky is the limit. I did not pay anthing to TokMedia (except the $3,000) till now till I make $6,000 net net profit thru the Tokmedia Leadgen. I still need to close the new subscribers but this is OK. I never thought this would be possible what we have achieved together. I am happy to talk to anyone that would like to participate in their program. For each $2,000 in ad spend I get $8,000 back in new additional sales. These guys are the real deal....

Guys I hope you understand that those guys are scammers? I paid tons of money for ads and paid 3k to them.Nothing happened, 0 sales, those guys just scammers and DONT WORK WITH THEM .

I’ve been working with TokMedia for a few months now. I have worked with a few other agencies in the past and TokMedia has been fantastic so far! Obviously not every agency is going to be perfect but these guys have been pretty close!! Very respectful and helpful team. I normally never leave reviews but highly vouch for them.

They promised the world and wanted a large onboarding fee. I was nervous because I've worked with a lot of bad agencies but they talked a good game and I hadn't tried tiktok before. They assured me I would see leads within 3 days and if not they would make changes. We ran ads for 3 weeks...not a single qualified lead came through. I decided to just cut bait with them and not move forward. There was no real attempt to make things right they just asked for more cash on my end. Unfortunately, I can't in good conscious recommend them to anyone. I NEVER write negative reviews but the performance they delivered compared to the expectations they set were on different planets. I could have easily ran the ads myself with same or better results :(

If you read the reply that they were unsuccessful because we were only working together for 22 days - they sent me a request for the second month's payment when there were literally zero results. That's not really something I felt was fair.

If I were running the business I would have offered to continue running the ads without collecting additional payment until the benchmarks they proposed were met. At that point, asking for another management fee would have been appropriate but that wasn't really offered or even suggested, they just kind of slapped me with a message asking for more cash when all they had done at that point was burn through so much of mine without a single lead.

I'd be happy to work with them again and continue trying to give them a chance to prove their system works but not while paying their management fee without them reaching the objectives they themselves agreed to.

If you're reading this TokMedia - I'm open to rectifying this if you're serious but the way the account was handled when it wasn't performing and the communication was not exactly stellar. When things are nowhere near being effective you should really stay on top of it to let the client know why and what you're doing to try to make things right.

TokMedia has helped raise my e-commerce stores ROAS to 5X since on boarding their team. I highly suggest you work with this agency if you want to raise your TikTok ad’s conversions.

My experiences with TokMedia have been nothing short of great. I have been trying for months now to get my ad presence up but have had little luck. I have a business that sells a very expensive service. I have used marketing agencies about 3 times already. All 3 times it didn't work because the leads didn't have the budget. I decided to work with TokMedia because they emphasized many times that this is what the specialize in. I can speak for them. They know what they are doing. I've had consistent lead flow. But more importantly, qualified lead flow. Lot's of revenue coming in and both sides are making good money. Thank you for this partnership.

These guys are great. Extremely diligent and disciplined team. Super impressed considering their youth. Highly recommend them if you're looking to establish a presence on Tiktok. You will need their resources and connections to scale long term without issues. They've got their system down but are very adaptable to your custom needs. Will be working with them long term for sure.
