Speedy delivery, and at a good price too. Will definitely use TimberCut4U again. I don’t normally do reviews, but their service was exceptional.

Everything was absolutely correct
Everything was absolutely correct! (a bit of a shame that DX could not deliver 2 packages without losing one for a week! - but Timbercut4U could not be blamed for that!) Shipped exactly to promise!

The wood finish is beautiful.
Although delivery was not that great it took a couple of weeks to receive my order. The planks supplied were of the highest quality. Worth the money… and will save time on my project.

I thought TimberCut4U did a great job. Aftershaves service excellent. However, DX delivery let you down a little. Sent to wrong address. Then after contacting me for correct address, got it wrong again. Eventually got the wood.

Thanks for your positive review Alan and again, apologies for the hassle caused by the courier.
Excellent Service and Quality
I was so impressed with the quality of the wood supplied and also the way in which it had been cut to exact sizes requested, to the millimetre. Wood purchased at DIY stores is rarely to the exact size stated but the wood from Timber Cut4U was spot on.
It was carefully delivered within the time quoted.

Expensive, not cut squarely, took too long to deliver.
The company has reached out to me and offered a solution. So on that basis I have ammended my review as previous it contained more information.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review Robert, and apologies we were a bit late with your delivery. I can only apologise also for the boards not being cut square but I can't see you were in touch to enable us to rectify it for you. If you are willing to give us a second chance we're more than happy to replace your original order in full.
