The door looks stunning. I chose anthracite grey with Iris glass and chrome hardware. Very well made and sturdy.The fitters explained how to use the locking mechanism and what to do for first few weeks. I was given a follow up phone call to check that I was happy and everything was explained to me again. I would highly recommend Endurance doors and Lane and Peach as a company.

Great Door
We had our door fitted yesterday. Very happy with the installers and the door feels very strong safe and secure.
I’m trying to come to terms with the way in which you open and shut the door but that will come the more it’s used.

Don't Believe The Brochure, Poor QC & They Warp
So after having a reasonably good, if not slow ordering process. A relatively trouble free fitting at the end of January, it then started to go awry.
Firstly we noticed a couple of puncture holes and raised bumps on the door frame near the door handle. The installers came back and without notice sanded them down, damaging the surface of the frame and the frame profile. They were apparently advised to do this by Endurance technical support, what a joke.
We then noticed that the door banding on the latch edge was deformed, with a small gap between it and the front panel, clearly a manufacturing defect. This was reported to the installer and a service request raised with Endurance at the beginning of February.
Then I was driven to put a spirit level on the letter box plate. I'd convinced myself it was ok and just an optical illusion. But no it's not fitted square in the door panel wit a 5mm drop across it.
At this point we really started to question the quality claims for this product. Oh and I'm still waiting to be contacted about a service visit over 3 weeks after raising the initial issue.
Now the final straw, the door started to creak when opening. This because the door panel is warping top and bottom on both hinge and latch sides. Now it's getting harder to latch and lock and there's a draught coming through the corners.
The old foam filled GRP door was better quality than this one.
Perhaps someone from Endurance would like to contact me. I've tried contacting support and emailed homeowner@endurance they opened and closed the ticket in 2 days because there was a ticket open with the service team, who still haven't been in touch...

Poor quality doors and they do not honour their guarantee
Bought an Endurance front door in 2016 with a 10 year guarantee. I started getting cracks along the door after 5/6 years - although the fitter has admitted they since fit the same doors with much stronger hinges (so the original ones were not substandard) they have refused to honour the guarantee for a reason that is not clear. Endurance doors is a great name as you need plenty of endurance dealing with these cowboys...
