Speedy delivery, and at a good price too. Will definitely use TimberCut4U again. I don’t normally do reviews, but their service was exceptional.

Thanks for your review Steve. We emailed your invoice on 2nd July as requested and got no bounce-back from your email address. I have just resent it to you.
Latest order
I deleted my last review for my latest order and now doing another. My order came a day after (day after the time period given). The wood was perfectly packaged and delivery in perfect condition. All the wood was perfectly to the sizes I gave and extremely good quality and finish. I also just noticed that they (Gordon?) gave me a £40 refund for the late delivery of my first order. Thank you! ...so I will be using your company again!! P.S. I just wish there was faster delivery options :)

Thanks for your positive 5 star review Malcolm. Yes, I authorised the refund for you as we did let you down a bit on the delivery. Unfortunately, everything we do is machined bespoke to each customers individual requirement, and that does take time. Glad we weren't overly late and hope the project went well for you.
A good service
A good service. I got what I wanted at a good price, all items perfect. There is a lead time but you know that before you order and it arrived when it said it would. It all came well protected. What's not to like, I will use again for sure.

Good timely service
Good timely service with wood dimensions and finish as ordered, except for 0.5mm variation on width of planks, which whilst within reasonable tolerances, prevents me giving a 5 star rating

Svar från TimberCut4U
Thanks for your positive review Peter. Sorry to hear of the variance on the width. I don't see any communication from you since you received delivery - perhaps we could have replaced it for you. Please come back to me directly should you require any more timber in the future.
