Elaine has been an excellent cleaner. Due to Covid 19 I am no longer in a position to have a cleaner. If things change I'll definitely use your services

Olga was very good. She was reliable, friendly and punctual. Was so lovely to come home after her sessions! Tidychoice make everything very easy. Am only cancelling because I’m reducing my hours at work so will do the cleaning myself now.

I've decided to make a booking for a one-off cleaner through TidyChoice a couple of weeks back. I was initially a bit skeptical as I'd never used a similar service before and didn't know what to expect (I can be quite hard to please!). After selecting a cleaner in my area, she got in touch in less than 2 hours to confirm the booking and ask if I had any special or additional requirements, which she agreed to in a very kind and professional manner. I must say I was already very impressed by this stage!

On the day, she arrived early and got started on time, which I really appreciated. She did an amazing job at cleaning my flat, did everything as I've requested and, honestly, my bathroom has never been so shiny!! She was very thorough and hard working throughout the session, and she even stayed for almost an extra hour to ensure she got everything done to the highest standard.Needless to say the service exceeded my expectations! Should I ever need a regular cleaning service in future or another deep cleaning session, I will choose TidyChoice without hesitation!

(Having received an email from TC this morning requesting a review, I have willingly obliged! This is a hazard of sending stock emails blindly, TC, as I believe you can see).

MY RESPONSE TO TC'S REPLY: From the other reviews on-site, I see that I am not the only customer to have found your service abysmal. Moreover, I can't myself check the bookings that I made with your company as my account has been de-activated. That said, I believe I had a 4th clean which was highly unsatisfactory only to find TC NOT PUBLISHING the negative review which I believe I wrote. (If so, this mirrors the case of Anita on 16-6-18, if her claim that you did not publish her negative review of a cleaner is, as I believe, true). Lastly no, I don't give a company a positive review when I consider their service rubbish (which happens when I over-pay, get a lousy clean, find my subsequent negative review not published, do not receive a refund even of my over-payment, and get customer service ignoring me, for instance).

Such an easy way of finding a cleaner suitable to your needs and thereafter, for communicating with them.

I found a cleaner via TidyChoice over a year ago. She is very good. I have not contacted TidyChoice often because there was no need but the few times I have needed help to find a replacement for the holiday season, they have been responsive. I recommend them.

Shocking service, cleaner re-arranged the first booking and then didn’t turn up for the second very unreliable and unprofessional

I have booked a regular cleaner with TidyChoice a month ago and I am very happy with her.

I am going away for Christmas but I will definitely book her again when I come back.

Very poor - cleaner phoned me two days before to re arrange and did not turn up then re arranged then phoned the night before asking me where to go and would I cover the cost of a taxi. Just bizzare.

Tidy Choice knows their market. They are very accurate and precise with meeting expectations in between the cleaner and the client. Hats off to how responsive they are anytime of the day when you have to address issues and resolved immediately.
Mobile friendly app where you can navigate your calendar and your payments. I love my current client they chose for me! It's a match!
