Great experience overall
I just had a fantastic experience of cleaning with Nicoleta, she was friendly and coperative and did a fantastic job.
A lovely lady who takes her job very seriously, my flat looked immaculate and a great service overall. I would highly recommend her and TidyChoice for the great communication and arrangement.

I booked and paid extra for an express cleaning service specifically for the same day, unticked “flexible,” and still got offered a booking days later. Totally misleading — if you can’t deliver what “express” promises, don’t advertise it. Wasted my time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone who needs reliability or honesty.

You made an express booking at 20.49pm on a Friday night for 11.00am on Saturday morning. We informed you at 9.29am on Saturday that housekeepers were fully booked that morning and that we were checking for the earliest availability. We offered availability at 14.00pm on Saturday and at 9.00am on Sunday.
No payment was taken because the booking was not confirmed.
Our team and housekeepers did everything humanly possible to meet your time-sensitive requirement. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

NEVER book a cleaner here. If they turn up, they change the days and times or never turn up despite waiting for them multiple times and zero communication. Please don't book...I never leave bad reviews but feel I have to in this instance.

I booked for a cleaner on two occasions, no appearance and excuses were made on another occasion. There are only certain cleaners I have a preference for and those were not available. I want a refund of my deposit because of the bad experiences I keep having with the unreliable cleaners which is two so far.

Our team works hard to ensure that all bookings run smoothly. Unfortunately, it was not possible in this case.
On our platform, you can choose your preferred cleaner. On this occasion, your preferred cleaner was unavailable so we offered a replacement who had strong reviews from 11 customers and had the highest ratings.
The booking did not happen because your card payment failed due to insufficient funds at the time of booking. We had difficulty contacting you because the phone number and email address you used when making the booking did not work.
When you contacted us to suggest erroneously that we had taken several amounts from your card, our team helped you identify the payees for those amounts.

The process of booking a cleaner, at relatively short notice, was very straightforward. The cleaner was excellent: she arrived on time, offered to work longer than we had booked for and was incredibly thorough. I will certainly recommend both the cleaner and TidyChoice. Customer service was also excellent and very efficient.

We booked a weekly cleaning service on tidychoice. Money was deducted a few days before start date but the person they booked never showed up. I thought I will contact customer support but it's not available over the weekend either. So need to chase for a refund now :(
