Bad experience…
This review is about the cleaner not Tidychoice. The cleaner attended once in the last six weeks. I have tried to call her but she got upset saying I disturb her. The final straw was she said if I want her to clean I need to pay her cash in hand. Really disappointed as the service support from Tidychoice is really good.

Fantastic service
Our experience with Caroline was fantastic. She showed great attention to detail and was very professional. Our only reason for cancelling was due to us moving house. I would 100% recommend Caroline to anyone considering hiring a cleaner.

Reliable services
Thought I'd try this site after my previous cleaner not being able to come anymore. It was easy to make bookings on the website. The first cleaner i booked with cancelled a week ago but Tidychoice got in touch very soon after that with a few other options. and the new cleaner showed up on time and did a great job. Happy to keep my future bookings with them and would definitely recommend Tidychoice.

If I could give no stars I would - I booked a cleaner, received a reminder the day before cleaning was due, and a few hours later (literally 24 hours before the clean) I just received a text saying my clean has been cancelled. Completely unreliable service.

Impressed
I'm impressed by the service. The website is easy to navigate and the choices clear. I particularly like the payment method - not having to pay cash to the cleaner each week - and the option of cancelling a session if going on holiday. The cleaner I'm using is excellent and I have no complaints at all.

Scammer Cleaner
The cleaner was a scammer who threatened to bring her husband to come over after I questioned that a completely different woman came to clean my house… unacceptable and unsafe.
