My Tidychoice cleaner was great, but I cancelled TidyChoice after two sessions because I only needed it twice.
Despite receiving a text confirming I had cancelled *all* my future sessions with TidyChoice, I was then informed a few days later that a new cleaner had been booked and it was too late to cancel them. There is no way to email them, I can’t get my money back, and despite cancelling them AGAIN, I don’t know if they’ll keep charging me.

I came across TidyChoice online whilst searching for a new cleaner and was attracted by their high review scores.

Sadly my experience was absolutely dreadful. Firstly I had to email them directly to confirm my booking after hearing nothing for two days, they insisted all was well and then the cleaning was cancelled the evening beforehand because apparently said cleaner had left the company.

A replacement for the following day was offered and they never showed up. They later claimed that TidyChoice contacted them directly cancelling the booking.

At this point I decided to cut my losses: I demanded a refund and walked away.

Never again. Despite their sleek website, TidyChoice do not seem to have control over their business.

Easy to use platform and a reliable service. Cleaner always shows up on time and does a great job. Would recommend TidyChoice to others.

TidyChoice came to my rescue. I was desperate after my mums regular cleaner took ill and I live too far away to do a decent job. I found Tidy Choice online. Booking was straightforward, they take a deposit of one hour I think at the booking stage and the balance comes off once the work is complete, so quite safe and secure and the gentleman who came did a sterling job. Highly recommended.

I love the idea of this service with a centralised place to book and make changes etc! The prices were great which I now understand means that it is not a fully supported service like using a cleaning agency. We had an issue with our cleaner not returning our keys and stop communication all together. TidyChoice did try to message and help but in the end they could not help and we had to pay to have the locks changed ourself. I hold the say there is any issue rather that users should be aware there is really no difference in using the service or hiring a cleaner privately through GumTree etc.

I can recommend TidyChoice and also Adele in particular.

I started using TidyChoice in September as I was not happy with the service from a previous agency, so it has been 3 months now. TidyChoice's website and process is easier than others and I have been very satisfied with Adele's work. She is a kind person and I have noticed that she often does some little extra thing to help when she has time.

I have a 6 hour session once every two weeks and this seems to allow a reasonable time to get the work done well - we also try to be flexible - clearly if we have made a huge mess that is difficult to clean around we don't expect miracles, and equally when we have the house in a good state, there can be time for a deeper clean.

For context: 3-bed house with basement, East London.

I work here. And TidyChoice has given me the best way to learn new experiences and gain skills with my domestic cleaning/housekeeping business. I appreciate the support. As I have met good customers so far, who have been welcoming enough to give me good feedbacks in my cleaning.

We had used Tidy Choice for years but unfortunately where we live (East London) we got such a high turnover of cleaners over the last year we won’t be using them again. Generally they sorted all problems quickly but it has ended up us not finding it suitable for us.

Veselka was brilliant and so was the agency. This was the third person we used via Tidy Choice. The communication with them was very easy and helpful. They always replied quickly. Nothing to complain about at all. Definitely recommend. We stopped because our nanny is talking over.

I have used TidyChoice to find cleaners. Unfortunately in London is difficult to hire someone you can stick with for long. I really like how flexible this service is. Cleaners have been good and reliable. TidyChoice gives support when needed... have only contacted them three times in the past 4 years. I recommend them.

Gabriela was fantastic. Very helpful, flexible, always on time and always polite. We are moving house and need to see what the new cleaning requirements are once we’ve settled but I’d definitely recommend her and use her again. Thank you
