Disappointed
The cleaner arrived 1 hour late and the following time she became rude to me when I was explaining how to place a toilet piece. I have a disability and I need things to be placed in a specific way.

Excellent cleaner and customer support
Our cleaner was amazing! Her cleanliness (especially going above and beyond what was asked), her efficiency and speed in cleaning was excellent. She was very polite and friendly too.
TidyChoice customer service are excellent too, I had a query which was sorted in no time.
I would definitely recommend!

Unreliable & Poor Customer Service: No Show for Booking
We had an end of tenancy clean booked for today (Saturday). We did receive a call on Thursday to confirm the date and time.
However, the cleaner did not turn up and did not answer our calls or messages. Additionally, TidyChoice is not answering our calls or messages.
Do not recommend using this company.
Update: Bumping up a star as TidyChoice did call and attempted to provide a solution. They arranged a new cleaner for the next day and provided a small discount.

don’t book GEORGE
cleaner GEORGE was booked in, rang him 20 mins after he was meant to arrive and he said he wasn’t coming.
£15 deposit paid, guests staying tomorrow we’re relying on a cleaner as me and my partner both have full time jobs…

Tidychoice offers an easy way to find a local cleaner. I just put in what I was looking for and the website showed me everyone available in my area and I can pick who I like based on their profile. The cleaner was great and gave my flat a much needed spring clean. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaner.

Cleaning was very poor despite saying…
Cleaning was very poor despite saying in the advertisement that they had worked for 20 years. I actually messaged to ask if they'd come as it didn't even appear that they'd been. Clothes were 'Ironed' and then left in a pile on the bed so they all creased again. Bed was unmade.

Unfortunately the first few cleans were…
Unfortunately the first few cleans were good but she was unable to do the full flat in 3hours always leaving the bathroom to last and not done properly. Ogonna was a really lovely lady but having had cleaners before I have experienced a better clean and more done easily within the time. Ogonna had a breavement and from then cancelled three consecutive Wednesday’s on the day of which made it difficult to rearrange anything. Genuinely hope all is well with her.
