Great customer service
Such a user friendly platform to use, but whenever there are any queries I always receive such great customer service.
The team are always so quick to respond and so helpful at understanding and assisting with the query.
I love that their chat function gets you through to a real person straight away; it saves so much time and frustration and is something I really appreciate.
Particular thanks to Becca today for her help in building a type of event we have not previously offered before.

had a great experience with TicketSource. I couldn’t locate my booking at first, which was a bit stressful, but their support team were really accommodating and sorted it out very quickly. They responded fast and made the whole process easy and reassuring. Really good customer service — I’d happily use them again.

I had a problem I did not find my email of my e- ticket that I booked few months ago and when the event was approaching I wrote to them if they could resend the confirmation of my ticket so they kindly sent me the ticket in few minutes. Great service
