I’m very pleased with my first purchase. It could have been 5 ⭐️ if the pictures matched the color in the description. Looking forward to my next one!

The glasses themselves were nice except one of the legs was loose. I also thought they would have come with some sort of carrying case, they did not. I received just the glasses with one loose leg.

I ordered a US size 8(!) but received a US size 12, clearly labeled as such on the leather jacket's tags. This error should have been caught before shipment! It is unacceptable that The RealReal made this mistake and still deducted shipping costs from my end. This was a waste of my time and money!

Excellent work and professional! Merchandise was great as stated.

Unfortunately item description included a strap that did not come with my shipment. Had I known this I would not have selected this item. Customer service was prompt, but honestly do not feel their support satisfied my disappointment. As a company, do better to accurately list the items included in the sale, and guarantee they arrive with the shipment.

Im very dissatisfied with lack of support and knowledge of customer service. I changed my address on the website as well as called the customer service. I haven't lived in the address in over 7 years and the realreal sent it to my very old address in spite of changing it. After making a mistake, the customer service refused to refund me and had to spend almost 1 hr to finally get a refund. The customer service said they will refund after when the merchandise gets the dress from the wrong address. This os absolutely ridiculous

The price, quality and condition of the designer items ordered were excellent. In addition, the shipping process was extremely fast. One of the items I ordered was too small so I called the NJ Branch and the representative was very professional and helpful. I had no issues with the return and refund. In the past, I've always purchased new because I was afraid to buy preowned designer merchandise in fear of getting a fake knock-off but the TRR has an awesome authentication process and my experience was an excellent one. I will definitely shop on their website again.

Last order was in worse condition than represented. Have seen quite a bit of inconsistency with intake and condition, notes and photos of products depending on where it’s sold from.

I bought thousands of $$ of “designer” items
The majority of the items were fakes
The tags clearly show they’re fakes- I’m now embroiled with TRR to recoup my money
Initially they apologised and said they’d refund and provide a label
I’m months later - after sending multiple photos and still no response or resolution
I would AVOID this company at all lengths

The only issue is delaying delivery. It took me more than a week to get the order. The real real have to improve their delivery process. Other than that, I love the real real!!

The Real Real is a scam they sell your products and don’t pay you anything worth the effort citing fictitious fees and never return your communications!!!!!

I paid for 2 day shipping. There was no information on the site about items having to be ordered by noon so that actually turned into 3 day shipping and I didn’t get my item in time. Very disappointing

Sharing a nightmare:
On 3/2/2026, I purchased 4 really cute items from The RealReal (TRR), and as of 3/16/2026, 2 items are missing. TRR’s website shows the order was split into two shipments “delivered”, but that is not accurate.

TRR’s website shows 3 items were shipped from their New Jersey factory, but from that shipment- only 1 item was received.

So, from the shipment with 3 items- 2 of the items are missing.

TRR shows the split order with 3 items contained a leather tote measuring 11.75x9.5x5.75. The 1 box I received from this order measured 9x5x6.

My questions to TRR are:
-Realistically, how can the leather tote I bought from TRR measuring 11.75x9.5x5.75 fit into the only box I received with dimensions of 9x5x6?
-And so then, how can all 3 items in that split shipment be marked as “delivered” on the TRR website?
-Lastly, where are my other 2 items?

To end this nightmare- please find and ship the 2 items I purchased.
