It was under “good” stating it had some wear and scratches. Well let me tell you they were very visible and made my bag feel broken in and ready for me! Now I am looking for the matching wallet. Allowing sellers to list items with inaccurate sizing is massively misleading. A size XXL does not equate to a 30 inch waist for a man or woman.

Damage to articles in transit to TRR. Negligence in certifying $18,000 Gurhan necklace. Arrived in a plain box rattling around with no jewelry pouch or anything. Despicable. No interest in supporting customer questions about expensive articles — Jewelry especially. I’ll just never forget a 22kg Gurhan necklace and it’s arrival to me.
