No interest in supporting customer questions about expensive articles — Jewelry especially. I’ll just never forget a 22kg Gurhan necklace and it’s arrival to me.

In fairness, my experience is based on what the competition offers--free returns without shipping costs or "processing fees." It makes the Real Real the last place I look for products--thus, when I find it elsewhere, I don't even look at Real Real.

The wallet is great, but, I'm still awaiting a resolution to the previous stated oversight.
