Very helpful and friendly staff

They turned up promptly and were extremely professional and took great care in loading vehicle.

The Mansfield group recovered my vehicle after an accident. I do not have any complaints at present with the recovery but the communication with me was very poor and added additional stress to the event.
On the day of the accident I was asked if I would remain with the vehicle or leave the keys in a safe place. I was advised that it would be preferred if I stayed with the vehicle until they were able to collect it and waited at the accident location (a multi-storey car park) for 2 hours. During that time I received a call confirming the wait time and location of the vehicle. 2 hours later I received a call asking where I had planned to leave the keys. I explained that I was confused as I had confirmed I had been waiting for the recovery vehicle for the past 2 hours. They explained that when they checked the multi-storey car park details they realised they needed to send out a different vehicle and the collection would have to wait until the following day and they were calling to know where I would leave the keys. I explained that this had not been communicated to me and therefore I did not have a plan yet. I explained I would have to call them back once I had made such arrangements and found the operator pushing me to give an answer immediately.
I was also informed that I would be contacted when they collected my vehicle the following day but received no communication.
It also appeared that they had not communicated with the repair shop regarding the car and therefore I received a call the following day from them about organising the collection of my car.
Overall I felt the communication with customers was very poor and I hope they are able to reflect on this and make some changes.

I recently had to use this company in the last few days due to my car getting a puncture on the M62 the service l received was excellent and the driver removed my vehicle and myself to a safe place

Response time and communication was good, but the chap who came to fix it didn’t seem that interested in even looking at it. However, the guy who came afterwards to recover it to the garage was spot on. So it was a bit of a 50/50 experience.

After having an accident the guy took my car away for repair in a friendly and efficient way.

Yet again they can to our rescue ,after our breakdown last week we were taken to our local garage to hopefully repair our exhaust when fell off at an odd angle . Meaning we couldn’t drive our car , but the garage didn’t even have time to even look at our car by the following Thursday. So after calling Britannia again they sent out a very nice man and his truck to recover our still broken down car and took it to a different garage who looked at it the same day . What brilliant service , when your disabled and you only have the one car it’s nice to know that there some great people out there in your time of need .

Just dreadful. The guy couldn’t wait to get away from the minute he arrived. Clearly his shift was coming to an end and all he wanted to do was get back home to Doncaster for 10pm. He could have towed the vehicle to our house but gave some excuse, forcing us to wait another five hours to get home with another rescue service. Really poor form particularly as we had a young child with us. 6 and a half hours before we got home at 1.30am from the original call out.

Unbelievably quick turning up, kind, respectful & polite. Was a stressful time, this removed the stress.

Very professional notifications to keep you in touch of any hold ups due to traffic, roadworks etc , quick and easy to load my rav 4 to my destination. The garage for an injector misfire

Good communication by text and whilst waiting for truck to arrive. App showing location of truck was also reassuring. Friendly driver in a clean truck helped take the stress out of the situation and provide a lift to a convenient place where I was able to pick up a replacement car.

Excellent service from Mansfield, they arrived within an hour and Chris identified the potential issue with the car. As a result I managed to fix it myself, without the expense of main dealer prices.
