We were on our way to Manchester for my Granddaughter's 16th Birthday treat. Although we had to wait longer than we expected for recovery, the recovery driver, and the staff at Mansfield were very pleasant, helpful and professional. We couldn't fault them. We never made it to Manchester, although the staff advised us of alternative places to visit

Brian was absolutely great, I am not in the best of health and he did say my car would probably get to my home, I wasn’t willing to try as I had a way to go on the motorway and didn’t want additional stress if the car broke down. Brian took me home and now I can have my car seen locally . Thank you for helping me.

My car wasn’t collected for a week after accident and found the communication very light I had to get a number of repair garage through a very dedicated and helpful staff member of enterprise hire . Car has came back and would not be a 1st class job carried out on it , ie blemishes on paint work also bubble in paint work and outside door trim not fitted properly.

The recovery service was reliable and efficient. I am so grateful to Mansfield Group for their help.

The recovery was arranged, picked up and sorted within the hour. The driver personally gave me an eta which made my planning around working hours much more convenient. Very professional service, very reassuring and I do recommend.

He was polite, friendly, and highly professional throughout the whole job\. What impressed me the most was the amount of care and attention he took while loading my car\. He carefully checked all around the vehicle and made sure everything was done properly rather than rushing the job\.

I was connected to the Mansfield group through Ford rescue. Ford were dreadful but that is another story.
I was informed that I would be recovered within the hour by someone from the Mansfield group, meaning I would be collected at 19.45. However when I was contacted directly from a representative of Mansfield this became 21.00. At 21.00 I called them back and said no one had arrived I was informed that due to delays the recovery vehicle would not be with me until 22.00. When they finally arrived he informed me that he had only received the call about the job at 21.30. Mansfield had lied about the timing of the job.

The operative himself was excellent, he was efficient and kindly dropped me at a safe location closer to home. However my understanding now is that vehicle recovery should be returned to wherever they have asked to go. The vehicle and I should have been returned to my town. Instead I had to get a taxi and getting the vehicle back has cost in excess of £200. Again I think there is a level of dishonest about how this was done.

Our car been hit by neighbour when parked in front of house. Guy came in and he has been excellent when he came to collect our car.

Service was excellent, "The response time was fast, efficient, and helpful."

I was waiting for over two hours. When the recovery arrived, I was informed that they did not receive any call-out. . I will be changing to AA WHEN I renew MY INSIRANCE.
