I was getting ever more concerned at the delay in my solicitors taking an eternity to sort an orthopaedic expert following my injury. Eve (EF2) and Megan (MS3) were absolutely great, both jointly and separately, in dealing with my worries and sorting a solution. Thank you to you both, for your support, focus and expediency. I spoke to a very pleasant, polite, clear speaking lady. KH6. who informed me of my appointment. Asked if I had any questions, which I did not. Very good experience.

Staff member username KC1, was dealing with my issues. Regarding appointment with medical requirements. He was polite and helpful, my experience was reassuring, regards Paul from Wigan.

My Phone appointment time was 12:30 and they rang me dead on, the lady that conducted my interview is known as RT5, during the 15 minute triage I was made to feel relaxed and at ease, all the questions ask I found to be very sympathetic and understanding with my condition which ended with her making an appointment for me to see a physio which I’m seeing in two days time, can’t praise RT5 enough, excellent service.

I was put in touch with CL Medical Aid by my insurer/legal parties regarding post incident injury's.
Emily (ES1) was excellent. Extremely polite and helpful.
I am now set up to receive physiotherapy for my symptoms and I'm very happy with the prompt solution.

I spoke with JC4 and although it wasn’t a face-to-face, the quality of care still felt thorough and thoughtful. I was given clear advice and next steps, which left me feeling confident about how to proceed.

Overall, the telephone consultation was efficient, accessible, and highly effective. I would definitely consider using this type of service again in the future.
